Short excerpt from a YouTube interview where Scott Empringham describes pivoting his monthly marketing workshops toward AI-driven processes. He adapted every step of a marketing plan (ideal customer, goals, core messaging, images, videos) to use AI, then tested these changes live with workshop cohorts (40–200 people), using immediate participant feedback to fine-tune what worked and what didn't.

You pivot so well. And it's not just. It's not pivot by changing the business. It's. It's a small adjustment. Let me add this and continue in the same direction, but maybe a degree to the left or the right. So the fact that you found that quickly and you leaned into AI early, right?
Yeah. Yeah. And I was doing monthly workshops with people. So my next workshop, I thought, hey, I'm going to adapt everything to AI. So I got my little team together. I said, what if we took every step in a marketing plan process, creating your ideal customer, creating your goals, creating your core, as could we apply AI creating your images and your videos. And not only did it work, some worked and some didn't. But then I had a little laboratory because I had 40, 50, sometimes 100 or 200 people on my workshops. I would apply it and say, how does this work for your business? And I would either see the reaction from people that, oh, my gosh, it's amazing, or like, I don't get it. And so I'd have immediate feedback, so I could just fine tune every single time.
