🚀 Transform Your Email Marketing in 4 Mins Flat! Dive in with Scott Empringham💥

Short tutorial by Scott Empringham (founder, Evergreen Media Group and AI Marketing Training Academy) demonstrating a fast workflow to generate a complete email marketing campaign using ChatGPT. He walks viewers through supplying basic business info (name, services, audience, brand personality), seeding ChatGPT with a director-of-marketing prompt, asking for the top 30 customer problems, and then generating 30 short emails (alternating story, tip/hack, consequence) each addressing one problem and including CTAs. Example: Lincoln of Wayne dealership is used as the running example. The method is designed for small businesses needing quick, low-cost email campaigns.

Hey there. Let's say you're a business owner. Let's say you're a marketer and you need an email marketing campaign. You don't have time, you don't have money, you don't have resources to go do this with a big agency. But you need something fast. You need something that's going to educate. You need something that's going to connect. You've got great reviews on Yelp or Facebook or Google and you need to get them out there and you just need to put together an email marketing campaign. But you don't have time, you don't have money and you need it done fast. You need it done today, like in the next four minutes. My name is Scott Impingham. I am the founder of Evergreen media Group, an AI first marketing agency and the founder of the AI Marketing Training Academy. Quick 4 minute, maybe 5 minute free training on how to get you to do that or how to allow you to do that. Right now all you'll need is basically two things. A little bit of information about your business name, description of services, who you serve and the personality of your brand. And two, a chat GBT account. Do you have those things? If you have those things, let's get started. Now, here's what it's going to look like. I'm going to assume that I'm doing this for Lincoln of Wayne. We happen to serve Lincoln throughout the United States and in Canada. 500 and some ideas, 600 dealers all together and I'm picking one dealership we work with right now called Lincoln of Wayne. I've got the company name and a description of services they offer. A range of SUVs, Aviators, Corsair, Navigator, Nautilus, all these different vehicles. They offer transparent pricing, relaxed shopping, home delivery. I've got some basic information. That's where you're going to put some basic information about your business. There are three generations. I want to include that because they've been in the, been in the, in the market since 1954. That's a really cool thing. They've achieved number one status. Some really cool things. What's unique about you? What can you say about you? This is the place to describe your services. Second, primary audience s, this is your target audience description of your audience. I included a couple of things. They're interested in luxury vehicles. So their demographics. Call it their geographics where they're located in the New Jersey and all the way into Manhattan. And third, some things that might be top of mind for them, they typically are considering. They're considering Mercedes, Audi, BMW or Alexis. Some interesting things to know. And then finally the personality. They're professional, dedicated, reliable, transparent, etc. Etc. So what's the personality of your brand? Once you fill that out, you're ready to go on to step two. Step two, you're going to introduce yourself to Chat gbt. Now what do I mean by that? It's so cool. You're going to copy and paste this prompt, which is below in the comments. You're going to copy and paste this prompt, fill in the blanks and introduce yourself to Chat GPT. Now here's what that looks like. You're going to copy and paste this prompt into Chat GPT and then just fill in the blank. So assume the identity of Chief Marketing Officer, blah blah blah, of linking of Wayne with the company description of X, with the company personality of Y, with the audience description of Z. You're going to fill in the blanks and then you're ready to go on to the next step which is introduce yourself to Chat GBT and then read the response. So what does that look like? Take that prompt that you just created and you're going to copy and paste it in and hit generate and then watch the results as Chat GPT starts to immediately really start to create that director of marketing, that marketing manager, and then that marketing manager is going to talk back to you. And then you have an opportunity to read through this and make sure your new marketing manager that you just created for free, that understands your business, who you target, your personality, everything else, they've warmed up and they understand who you are. Because you ever talk to a marketer and you're talking to that marketer about all the things you want to do with your marketing, your, your emails, your ads, your blogs, everything else, and they tell you back like the stuff they just learned about your business and you think to yourself, you don't get it. You don't have to do that with ChatGPT, they will get it. Let's take a look. Okay, it's taken about two seconds here and and now they understand. It's a rich history rooted in a pivot in 1954. We're a beacon of luxury and dedication. The number one new and certified pre owned Lincoln dealer in New Jersey. We offer more than just cars, we offer an experience. Here's the different vehicles we have luxury, you know, we're luxury enthusiasts, we serve part of Manhattan, we pride ourselves on transparent pricing, relaxed shopping. So they're talking about all the things I've primed it, mobile test drives, all this cool stuff. Financial guidance to make sure they steer you in the right vehicle. That's for you. Sales after sales support, we've got professional, dedicated, reliable, all this good stuff. So when you prompt it, just read all this back and make sure. Yep, my new director of marketing, my new marketing manager gets who I am, what I do and who I serve, and the personality of the brand. And then you're ready to move on to the next step. Close to getting an amazing email campaign. Now you're going to say, list the top 30 problems our customers are facing and watch what happens. Back into ChatGPT, copy and paste. List the top 30 problems my customers are facing and voila, out comes a whole list of all kinds of unique problems that your ideal customers are having. And then your job is to start to read through these problems. And if you're a marketer or you're a business owner and you've been thinking about different email campaigns to write, it's going to start to come clear exactly where we're going. So these questions, I'm going to do that right now. So it took about 10 seconds. And here we go. High expectations, unique and personalized service. They want to compare across other luxury brands. They've got financial investment concerns. Can I afford the monthly payment? What's it going to be like? Seeking comprehensive. How's it going to be after I buy this car? What's after sale support going to be like? How do I figure out all the technical features? Demand for transparent pricing. What, what's the real price of this thing? Am I getting a good deal for finding the right vehicle configuration, the right model, the right trim? They're black label dealership, just like premium stuff, all kinds of crazy stuff. The right environmental sustainability concerns, expectations of buying a luxury buying financing, on and on and on and on. There's some really good ones in here. All these are fantastic and all these are the top 30 problems that those customers might be facing or questions. Concerns over depreciating rates, Demand for safe and secure vehicles, understanding financing. If you read this and you were in the market for a car, would you not think of all of these things or some of these things at least one point or another? What happens when I've got adapting lifestyle needs? Can I trade up into a different car? So now you've got the top 30 questions. Do this for your business and see what you come up with and then you're ready to move on to the next step. Here's step four, the next prompt. Write me 30 emails, each one addressing One of the problems above, in orders they appear, but wait a second. Keep them short and on brand. Also write them in these three alternating styles. Watch this. This is like the gem. One, the first is a story, the second is a tip or hack. Third, focusing on the consequences. The problem that they stated include a call to action, to call or text this number and I've got the number in there. Or click or to click this link to schedule their next appointment. Make sure to match the type or personality of the brand. So going to take that prompt, fill in the blanks and let me show you what that looks like. This is it. So you're going to say write me 30 emails, each one addressing the problems. You're going to go ahead, include a call or call or text and I've got sales service or parts in there. Click this link. New inventory to schedule a test drive and remember to match the personality of the brand. You're going to take this copy and paste this, go back to chat, pop it in and voila. And away you go. Now you can go ahead and what's going to happen is email after email after email are going to come out. Now, chances are it's going to pause here, but that's okay. You can just say keep going or continue. But now you've got these beautiful email campaigns that you could drop in a HubSpot, drop into Salesforce, drop into E Leads or whatever CRM system you have and you are good to go. And you're going to be touching on each one of the programs or each one of the issues that they have. So could you send this out every Tuesday? You bet you could. You're looking for an e newsletter. This is a great way to do it. Each one has a call to action. So I'm going to let this run. And it's writing 30 emails for me. Well, maybe I go get some water. I'll see you in just a few minutes. I'm going to go get some water while my new director of marketing writes my emails. So while my director of marketing keeps working, I'm working on some emails. I can go through my text. I'm a little bit behind on text. I'm a little bit behind on emails. Oh, my director of marketing here, he needs something. Keep going. Thanks, buddy. And he keeps going. He's on email number 10. It's been about a minute, but in the meantime I'm gonna go ahead and respond to some texts and some emails. Oh, my gosh, it's so good. I was just skimming through this. It took about four or five minutes. I got 30 emails here all in different styles. There's tips, there's hacks and when it talked about service at LinkedIn something about either call sales but it knew to say service when it was a service related type of thing. There's service click here sales click there. Let me see there's service desire for comprehensive warranty and service plans so it knew to include service and there's the service number there and it'll click the service link. It knew everything. So you got 30 emails here. One of my favorite ones just with this very first one. High expectations for quality and reliability. Remember the story brand Once upon a time in the heart of Wayne, New Jersey commitment was made. A commitment to excellence, innovation, most importantly to our customers. This story of Lincoln Wayne isn't just about selling cars so it'll tell a story about your brand. The next one was desired for unique and personalized service. Tailor your Lincoln experience today and it walks about through how how Wayne Lincoln tailors the service to them. Third comparing options across luxury brands. Now what I would do here is I would actually include some wicked details how link Lincoln's beat Mercedes, beat BMW beat Lexus and have expand on this but it gives a great framework for the for the email financial investment concerns talks about financing and how we have financing here they have financing help comprehensive after sale. So go through this, take this one and you know what I'm going to do let's end it here but just know that the next one will be testimonials. If you have a restaurant, if you have a gym, if you have a nail salon, a lash line hit me up in the comments below. I'm happy to make one for testimonials to make some incredible emails for testimonials but that's it for this one.
