One of the best things I ever learned was I'm one of those people. I'll get 500 comments after a presentation, and I ignore the 499 positive ones, and I focus on the one negative one. And one of my mentors, he said something which I'll never forget. He's like, danny, just so you know, 5% of your audience hates you. And they hated you before they forgot out of bed in the morning. And it's the truth. You know, Jack Canfield used to always say, sw swsw. Some will, some won't. So what? Someone's waiting. It's exactly the right philosophy. I like.
