32 Years in Real Estate and Still Going Strong!

Scott Sellick has been selling real estate for 32 years. He credits his success to a disciplined morning routine where he writes down his single most important task for the day, and to serving clients with honesty and straightforwardness.
Hi, this is Scott Sellick with Keller Williams City Views Realty. I'm so happy to be here with you. I've just been excited to work with Keller Williams City Views Realty for some time. The company is tremendous. It's exceptional company that really believes in what they stand for. I've been working with Keller Williams for 35 years, it seems like, but actually it's been 10 great years. I've been in real estate for 32 years and I love it, every moment of it. I feel blessed. One of the best opportunities I've ever come across, you know, and it's given me the chance to make my life and my family's life the best it could be. And I love being a trusted advisor. To me, it's the best thing that you could be. It's someone that is animated, someone that is excited, someone that truly wants to see things happen for the right reasons for people. If you're downsizing, if you're in a transition, if you're going through a lot, you know, you're not the only ones. And we are all in it together. The world's a better place if we all work hard together and everyone is straightforward. And that's why I was raised. And that's what's really important to me, you know, and it's. It's key. One thing I would say that's important is that we stay focused. We stay focused every day and we stay focused for the right reasons. Starting off with a morning routine, it's huge in the morning technique. I can't tell you how important it is to have a great morning routine. And it's so key to turn around and start off acquiring your mind. But turning around and writing down what is the most important thing I can do today to make a difference. Because if you don't do it, then the rest of the day will just sweep you away. So I think it's really huge to turn around and set your day right, start off right, give yourself some grace, organize your thoughts, and then this way you can be at your best throughout the day. It's an exceptional to important thing to do. And I also believe, take every day as a blessing because you know something in this world, it's not everything that goes right every day. And when we do have a good day, we have to know that we are very blessed and we are lucky to have that day. So I really believe that if you're part of this and you want to have the best possible outcome, then turn around and consider yourself grateful every day that you have a wonderful opportunity. Thank you so much.
