Who's been thinking about the one big question Is it time to make the move from New Jersey to Florida? I'm standing in Florida right now. Love to tell you about it. Over the past 32 years, helping homeowners across northern New Jersey has been a big part of my life. I've noticed a major shift. More and more longtime homeowners re evaluating their lifestyle, their taxes, the weather, the cost of living, and whether it still fits this next chapter of their life in New Jersey. Many of my clients were coming up to me confused. They wanted clarity, not pressure. They wanted someone to tell them the truth about what's going on and not just trying to grab a listing from them. I realized something right there. This is where I do my best work, helping people navigate big life transitions with strategy, confidence, and care.
