A short YouTube monologue by Scott Selleck (Keller Williams) explaining his client-first real estate process: detailed intake to capture buyers' priorities, curated property searches to use clients' time efficiently, and a team-supported workflow (mortgage, title, inspectors) that reduces stress through proactive communication. He highlights 25 years' focus in Bergen and Hudson counties and a one-hour commuter radius to NYC.
We at Keller Williams, before we take a client out, we take time to get the vision of what's important to them, what kind of property they're looking for, what community they're looking for, do they need good schools, you know, transportation access, community amenities? When we have a good picture, I do a lot of homework. I spend time putting together a nice search for them. So when we go out with them, we're using their time well. It's a really efficient process for them, from contracts on digital signatures, through working with our partners, with mortgage companies, with title companies, with home inspectors. They have a team effect. And what that team effect does for them is it takes a lot of pressure off them because our communication is exceptional. We're troubleshooting all the time, looking after their interest, and most importantly, we're thinking ahead for them. So they. Because this is our area of expertise, we know sometimes where the pitfalls are. This process is not about us. It's really about you. And I pride myself in really doing a lot of research. And my target market for the past 25 years has been Bergen and Hudson county, from Jersey City to Fort Lee, and then I also go into the suburbs, Bergen county suburbs. I stay within an hour radius for commuters going into New York City. SA.
