Oh, the sun shines bright on my home Kentucky. Oh, the summer, the people are gay. Oh, the corn cobs ripe and the meadows in the bloom while the birds make music all the day. We've known each other for a long time. Weave no more, my lady. Oh, weave no more today. We will sing a song for my old Kentucky home, for my old Kentucky home far away. Weave no more, my lady. Oh, weave no more today. We will sing a song for my home Kentucky home, for my home Kentucky home far away, for my home Kentucky home far away. Happy Derby Day!
