Several people have asked me what kinds of tools do I have in my toolbox to help our patients. So one of the things that I do is I use tuning forks as part of EMDR instead of using a machine that runs sound. So here are my 250 Hz frequency of tuning forks, and when I'm done imprinting and doing the EMDR to help somebody release an old negative belief and imprint and install a new positive belief, I have several different sound bowls that I use and circle around the patient so that we can actually calm the body and elevate their sound frequency in addition to their new thoughts and beliefs and behaviors that we've discussed in the session that day. If you'd like to learn some other tools that we're using here at the center, just comment "tools" in the comments below and we'll be happy to send you a list of some of the tools that we use here to help move somebody's mind and body together.
