I think meditation has actually scientifically been shown to shrink your amygdala, which is that part of your brain that gives the emotional response, especially of anger and things like that. So doing a regular meditation practice, I think is extremely important. And some people might say, I can't meditate. Don't put pressure on yourself. Just sit down, get comfortable, just focus on your breath. You can even hum and just focus on You're humming. Like you can't try to stop all your thoughts. I think that's a lot of people struggle with that. They think I can't meditate because I keep having thoughts. That's your mind's a thought generator. It's not designed to stop thinking, you know, it's designed to always think. So be okay with that and just sit and try to be still and maybe just watch your breath move in and out.
