Hello, it's Shaun Whynacht, the head marketing strategist and founder at Blue Cow Marketing Incorporated. In this video, I would like to show you a really cool service that you can implement in your website today. And what it's gonna do, it's gonna allow your visitors who come to your site to be able to do a live chat with you and interact with you right through your website. How cool is that? So the first thing you need to do is check out the website Drift, D-R-I-F-T. You see it here on the website. When you go to the website, you can sign up just right here, put in your information, and get going. I just want to show you what the pricing model is on this. There's something really cool about this that they have a free option, and it's for individuals, the basic version of Drift. That's what we use here at Blue Cow Marketing, and what it allows us to do is up to 100 active chats. Now we don't have the volume. Of that many coming through, so that's what we're using. Now if we do go over that and we want some more features, then we can obviously upgrade to the small business plan, $50 a month. Still pretty awesome in pricing. So let's quickly take a look how it shows up. So here's our website and our homepage, and whenever you come to the site, this little popup from me, my picture, my name, hey, it's Shaun, owner at Blue Cow Marketing, how can I help you today? Now we get a lot of interaction with this. People will ask questions, and it's actually increased our conversion rate and helped us service existing clients but also new prospects as well. So let's go ahead and ask myself a question. Hey Shaun, I'm interested in growing my business with digital marketing. How can I do that? Okay, so we're going to ask a question. Now what's going to happen is it gonna pop up a little sidebar here as you see on the screen here. I just got a browser notification that this came in. So while I'm working through my daily workflow, I'm able to see this. The other thing here is it asks for an email address of where people can give you more information or where we can stay in touch because if I don't respond, we need a way for this information to get sent back to them. So through the mobile app, it also dinged on my phone, but I can log into the actual browser application here, and here's the chat. Obviously it's got my name in it because that's who I am contacting. So I'm going to go back and say, sure, tell me more about your business, and I can hit send. Back on the website, there's the conversation going back and forth. So you can interact with everybody who comes to your website, and if you don't respond within 15 minutes, it gets converted to email and it comes through to your inbox and you can actually respond back and forth via email. One of the cool things is you can also do some smileys, you can upgrade if you have the team version, but you can also put in some images back to the person. So if you wanted to send them a document or a picture of something, then you can do that. So here's a little thumbnail of myself from a video, so I'm gonna go ahead and click this And I'm gonna send it back. You see here it puts the little image in the chat. So this is a really cool service and I strongly recommend that you check it out in your business if you're doing this and you're able to then interact. And the other cool thing is if you've got 2 or 3 people on your team that want to have an account on here, it can auto-assign to that person. You can have your hours in which you're open that it goes to an actual message or to a live chat. And it's really easy to integrate, especially if you have a WordPress site 'cause there is a Drift plugin that you can install on your WordPress site.
