In this short monologue, Shaun Whynacht explains how integrating AI—specifically OpenAI's ChatGPT—into marketing platforms like GoHighLevel transforms both content creation and ad campaign management. AI speeds up the production of nurture content for distinct customer segments (e.g., women, people facing specific challenges) and enables the rapid generation of multiple ad sets and groups. By feeding lead‑capture data (answers to key questions) into a CRM, AI‑driven prompts generate hyper‑personalized emails and text messages that feel handcrafted for each individual. This combination of AI‑generated content, automated workflows, and data‑driven personalization revolutionizes how marketers nurture prospects throughout the customer journey.

Using AI allows them to be faster at the content that they're putting out there. So when it comes to writing specific nurtures for different segments in their customer journey, they can alter their current process right now and have one for women. They can have one for people struggling with XYZ, whatever that is. And that's on the content creation side. From the ad side, being able to use AI to make multiple different ad sets, ad groups for their ad buys and things like that is phenomenal. But where it gets interesting to me and exciting because I'm a process and systems guy and I love to tear things apart and figure out why they work is using marketing automation systems out there that allow every single person that comes through the journey to have written content specific to them, their data points, their use case and everything. So everybody's not kind of painted with the same brush. And we've been doing a lot of work in GoHighLevel, and they've got, you know, conversational AI, OpenAI's ChatGPT is integrated with it. So we're able to make the content along the journey so much better. So, you know, just picture it, you're running, you know, Facebook ad campaign or lead ad campaign or whatever that is. And, you know, you're asking a couple key identifying ifying questions, whether it's goals or what they want, and that data then passes into the CRM system and then the AI prompts are pulling that and writing the content specific to location, name, where they're at, answers to that. So the emails they're actually getting or the text message they're getting feels like it was actually written by a human just for them. So it's kind of revolutionizing the way that we are nurturing and building customer journeys.
