Morse Construction Inc. has spent 18 years building custom homes and doing renovations across Kings County, Nova Scotia. What sets them apart: they don't use standard specs. Instead, they walk clients through every material choice from foundation to finish, building exactly what each person wants.

Morse Construction is a construction company. We've been in business for about 18 years. We do custom home design and building, as well as we do a lot of renovations—home renovations, commercial office renovations, that kind of thing. The area we cover, primarily the Kentville, Wolfville, Colebrook, Neminis area, and within 5 or 10 kilometers of there. But we've built anywhere in Kings County over the years, and we're comfortable anywhere in that area. Each of the homes we do, we custom spec. A lot of builders have a standard set of specifications. We don't have a standard set of specifications. We have many choices for people, and we take them through right from the foundation through to the finished product, and we spec every item that's going into their home, every product that's going into their home. And so it's very much customized to their needs, their wants, their dreams, and that's how we put them together. That's how we build them.
