Complimentary Website Audit

Shaun Whynacht explains why your website matters more than social media you don't control. He introduces a "trust page" filled with client testimonials to build credibility, then offers a free audit that reviews your site for lead capture, answered questions, and messaging to improve rankings and conversions.

Hey, it's Shaun here at Blue Cow Marketing. And I wanted to create this quick video to talk to you about something that I wanted to open up in my calendar. I've been doing a lot more work in the last couple of months with small business clients, medium-sized business clients in regards to lead generation and growing their sales with their business. And it really comes back to their website. A lot of times, that's really the infrastructure where a lot of it needs to be rebuilt on there. You know, social media is very active at generating leads and building trust and positioning you as a content expert. But ultimately, you don't control that platform. So if Facebook was to shut down tomorrow, highly unlikely, but if something was to happen, then all that effort that you put into that platform would ultimately be gone. And what would be left is your website, and/or shifting to another platform. But another thing that's happening that you don't really consider a lot of of is the way that people have trust in that platform. So let's say there's another big data breach, and the majority of your clients are like, I've had enough of this, and I'm going to shut down my Facebook account. Well, then you're not going to be able to reach them on there. So your website is really that hub that is going to be housing the content, generating leads, answering questions. And it's more than just the several pages or the homepage that's there. You know, case in point, we've created a trust page on our site that is not linked on the main menu, It is something that we use the website for when talking to new clients and new prospects. More specifically, after we send them a quote, we send them a link to this. And ultimately what a, what a trust page is, is it's a page that contains all the recommendations, testimonials, moments of affirmations, things like that that are coming from our clients. So not our words, but their words. So where am I getting to with this? The one thing that I wanted to do, and a lot of times when I talk to a new business, even at a networking session, that they ask me, hey, you know what, can you take a look at my website and gimme some suggestions? That's probably the most common thing that I hear. So I thought, you know what, let's make this a little easier for people and, uh, let's offer up a complimentary website audit. So nothing too in-depth. All it is is if you go to the link that's with this video, you'll be able to go to the page and pick a time that works for you. Now in that process, it's gonna ask for your website address that will come through to me when you book it, and then I'll go through your website looking at some key points. Um, you know, Where are opportunities for people to contact you? What questions are being answered on the website? How are you speaking to them? Things of that nature. Because a lot of times those type of tweaks are the things that are going to not only make you come up better in searches, but also when somebody comes there, uh, be able to, to answer those questions for them and make them want to go to the next step, uh, a secondary point of contact, either calling you, filling out a web form, getting a lead generating piece of content, whatever that looks like. So again, Long story short, what I want to do is give you the opportunity to claim one of these website audits. And obviously, if it becomes super successful and a lot of people claim it, then I'll obviously have to shut it down because I don't have all the time in the world to do a lot of this free website audits. But it is extremely important that I want to get that out there to you. If you are seeing this video and you think of your website, hey, you know what, probably I could be doing better, I'd like another set of eyes from the outside to look at it, then this is for you. So go ahead, click on that link with this video and And I look forward to seeing your name come through my email inbox and taking a look at your website.
