In this video, Shaun Whynacht explains that Google has discontinued its free Google Business accounts, moving users to a paid billing cycle. He advises viewers that to restore access they must have admin privileges and log in at admin.google.com to set up the account. If they lack admin rights, they need to contact the original account creator. Shaun reassures that access can be reinstated without data loss, citing past clients who successfully recovered their accounts after the recent change.

So in the last day or so, have you been logging into your Google Business account and noticed that you don't have access anymore? Well, that is because Google has taken away their free account and is requiring you to go into a billing cycle and pay for your Google account, which is okay. I mean, that's the way that the business runs. And what you need to do though is you need to have admin access. You need to go to admin.google.com, log in, and you'll be prompted to set up your account. Now, if you don't have admin access, you're gonna have to reach out to the person who set up your account. I've had several previous clients from years past reach out to me because we set up these free accounts many, many years ago, and then as of this week, they stopped having access to it. So we were able to get them straightened away and get access to it. But again, don't fret, it is able to be turned back on, and you're not going to lose anything that was in it.
