In this tutorial, Shaun Whynacht of Blue Cow Marketing demonstrates two online tools that let users add bold or italic styling and preserve line spacing in Facebook and Instagram posts—features not supported natively. He walks through copying formatted text to the clipboard, pasting it into a social post, and shows how the first tool applies bold/italic to selected text. He then introduces a second tool that maintains custom line breaks and also offers basic bold/italic options; after arranging the text, users click “convert and copy” to transfer the correctly spaced content back into the post. Shaun notes that the tool links are in the video description/comments, acknowledges the limitations of native platforms (no Ctrl‑B, no spacing control), and ends with a call to like, comment, and subscribe.

Hey everyone, it's Shaun Whynacht here at Blue Cow Marketing. Today in this video, I want to show you how you can actually manipulate the, the way that your content shows in your Facebook posts, whether you're using Facebook or Instagram. This will actually work for that, and I want to give you an example here. I just started using the, the two tools that I'm going to show you, the first one being able to bold certain text. So as you see here, this is a post I did today. I was able to put in bold here. Now natively, if you're going to write a post like, um, hello, this is the first line, and then you put an enter in and you're like, this should be bold, right? There's no way that you could actually bold that. You can right-click, there's no option for that. You can't do Ctrl+B, there's nothing there to do it. So how do you go about doing that? Well, here's what you do. First, I'm going to copy that to the clipboard so I don't have to retype it. And I'm going to show you two sites here, and they'll be included in the, the comments to this YouTube video. So the links to it will be down below. The first one here, obviously not the super pretty site, but, um, if I'm going to go ahead here and I want to paste in what I have, and maybe I just want to have this line bold. So you're only going to post in the item that you want to actually manipulate or change. So this should be bold, and then down below it shows some options here, um, for that. So like this, like this, like this, like that, right? So I want the, the slanted here, and I want to do that. I'm just going to go ahead and click copy, and then I'm going to go back to Facebook, and I'm actually just going to go paste. So there, that's how you put that in. So it takes the styling and pulls it across. Now the other thing that you may notice sometimes is that Even if you're writing and you put an extra space in here, when you post, it's going to actually tighten this up. It's going to eliminate that space. So if you want to have spacing in your posts, I'm going to show you this one here. This is, um, looks like a little app that somebody created on this guy here, Albert. And the idea behind this is you're going to go ahead and you're going to write your copy in this box as you would like it displayed., right? So, this is the third line, so forth. In here, you could also do bold and italicize here. Now, you don't have the other formatting that is an option, but you can't do bold and italics. So, you could do one or the other. Once you see it here the way you want, and the other thing is this corner has these little lines. You can drag that out and make it bigger if you want., so you're able to see your content. But once you're done, you're going to say, click this button that says convert and copy to clipboard. And it says it's successful. So now if I went back to my post, I'm going to actually get rid of everything and paste it in there. It's actually going to put in the proper spacing here so that if I post it, I'm not going to post this right now, but if I did, it would actually display properly just like this. These little hacks are only available with sites like this. These are the two that I've found, uh, and that work really well. So again, if you liked what you saw, like, comment, subscribe to our channel, and the links to those two sites are located down below this video in the comments. Hopefully that was helpful, and thanks for watching. We'll talk to you soon.
