Keap's new email builder collapses paragraph spacing when you preview or send. Shaun Whynacht shows the fix: hold Shift and press Enter to insert line breaks that actually stick.
So if you're a Keep user and you've been starting to use the new email builder, you may come across this issue, uh, that could be frustrating if you did not know how to fix it. So you put in an email in the builder and it looks great, spaced out by paragraphs. Uh, you either send it or you preview it, and this is what happens. It crushes all those spacings. So you go back in here and you're like, okay, I'm gonna redo that. I'm gonna go back up here and I'm gonna go and put those spacings in., and I'm going to preview it again. Come back in here, and again, it crushes those spacings. How do we fix that? Well, the simplest way to do that, and what I can think is the only way to do that, is when you go back, you hold down Shift and then you hit your enters. So we're going to do that to this email, and you will see visibly it looks the same here. And then these are fine like that for this sake here. Put that space in there.
