My First Look At Thrive Automator (Thrive Themes)

Shaun Whynacht walks through Thrive Automator, a new Thrive Themes plugin that syncs WooCommerce events with Keep CRM. You can trigger automations on order completed or refunded, then stack actions like tagging contacts, applying delays, or updating order status.

Hey everyone, I want to show you this really cool addition to Thrive Themes that they have just recently released called Thrive Automator. So I'm going to show you here in a client's e-commerce site using WordPress and WooCommerce. So once you have it installed, if you have the Thrive Suite, once it's installed, it's called Thrive Automator. Now keeping in mind that the first thing you're going to need to do is set up the API connection for your Keep account, and you do that in your Thrive dashboard under API connections. Really simple and easy to get it set up. Now let's go ahead and look at Thrive Automator. Now a lot of times we've been using Woo— Infuse Woo for our WooCommerce clients to be able to get the contacts over to Keep or Infusionsoft, whatever you wanna call it. So a lot of times our clients don't necessarily care about the order history coming across. They just want the contact data to pull over. Now if you're using Thrive on their site, this is a game changer in my opinion. So let's take a look at how easy this is to set up. So we're gonna go click for your first automation. Now drop it down, and there's a bunch of other automated triggers that can happen if people, you know, reset passwords and things like that, or submit a form from Thrive. But if you've got WooCommerce installed, you've got triggers for order completed, order refunded, order status change, product purchase, or product refunded, okay? So just a basic standard order complete is what I'm gonna show you here. You're gonna click that, you're gonna click done. And then you're going to add the action. Now here's some of the stuff that can happen. You can filter, delay, add to autoresponder, tag an autoresponder, add WooCommerce product to order, update the WooCommerce order status, or refund the order. Okay, and there's obviously— you can view and there's other ones that show up here. This is what we're going to do. We're going to go add user to autoresponder. Once it's done, you've already had your API connection, you're going to click Infusionsoft. Now in Thrive, they haven't updated to call it Keep, so it is under Infusionsoft if you are searching for it. And then what list? And basically these are just the tags, as you're aware. So you would click the tag that you wanted to apply once it adds the contact data in there. And you can also stack actions in here as well. So, you know, if you wanted to, you know, do other things, you could. If you want to add a secondary tag, you can click on this and then just start to stack your tags in there. Now, the only difference in this one was that once you select it, let's just see here, it's not going to automatically search. So it says type the tag and press Enter, okay? So let's just say it was, I don't know what tags are in this, it's connected to my sandbox account, so let's just call it online order. Hit Enter, okay. So in this case, what it's doing is it's not actually looking up the tags, so it's going to create a new tag when you do that. Then click Done, and it's all good. Hit Publish, and that is how you set it up. And then you can name it up here, so this could be adding WooCommerce customers to CRM. And you go back to your automation, and then you can go ahead and create another one as well. I don't know why that didn't save in there, but let's just see. Maybe I don't— maybe I didn't press the button down below. My video is in the way, so I'm supposed to click the button in behind here to publish it. So if you do that, so this is really cool that they put this out, and I just want to share that with you guys in the community if you weren't aware of it. It comes with your Thrive Themes package. Just go into your— where is it here? Let's just go back to the WordPress side here. And then you're just gonna go to your product manager and it's gonna show up here. You're gonna check the box just like this and hit install and it will install the Thrive Automator to the system.
