In this instructional video, Shaun Whynacht of Blue Cow Marketing demonstrates Facebook Business Page's "Saved Replies" feature, a tool that lets page managers create reusable, personalized message templates to answer frequent inquiries quickly. He walks through accessing the Messages inbox, opening the Saved Replies panel, and creating a new reply that includes a personalized greeting using a merge field for the sender's first name and a booking link to schedule discovery calls. After saving the template, he shows how to insert the pre‑filled reply into an incoming message, highlighting how the link becomes clickable for the prospect. Shaun also explains how saved replies can be crafted for various products or services, enabling businesses to streamline communication, reduce repetitive typing, and better leverage their time on Facebook Messenger. The video concludes with a brief call‑to‑action to view more tutorials on the Blue Cow Marketing YouTube channel.

Hey, Shaun Whynacht with Blue Cow Marketing Incorporated. In today's video, I want to show you a feature of the messaging side of your business page that, if used properly, will save you quite a bit of time in replying to the same questions over and over again. And in marketing, we look at ways to leverage your time to not be doing redundant tasks repetitively. So what we're going to do is we're going to talk about saved replies. Now most people don't know this even exists, but it is a really cool feature. So here we are on our Facebook business page, and we're going to go ahead and click on messages. And when we come to messages here, now there's one in here, uh, me messaging. So let's just say, uh, I had inquired to your business. So here's a message that came in for me. Uh, hi, I have some questions about marketing my business. Can you help? Now Periodically we get inquiries like this where it's a new prospect and we need to set up an appointment. And we do that through a discovery call. So maybe instead of having to write out, hey Shaun, let's have a discovery call, here's how you can book it, over and over again, we can create a saved reply. Now to do that, what we need to do is we go down the very bottom down here on the right side, you see highlighted here in the video, there's a little box that looks like a chat window, we can click on this. And this is where it'll bring up all your scheduled— or not scheduled, but your saved replies that you've already pre-programmed. Now, how do you create new ones? We go to Manage Replies, and we can go and we can say Create a Reply. So I'm going to put in here, um, let's schedule a time to talk. So I say, hey, hi, personalized, so we can merge in any of the information here. So we're going to put in the first name. Hi, Shaun, let's schedule a time to talk more about this. Um, I'd like you to pick a time that works best for your schedule. To do this, go to my booking link here. Now I need to put in the link, so I'm going to grab that. We already have it open here from our website. We're going to copy it, paste it in here. Click here, my booking link here, and I'll look forward to talking with you more about this. Thanks. And I want to put in their name again. So there we go. Now I'm going to save this reply. So here, let's schedule a time to talk. So I'm going to click Done. Now, as we see here, the message came in. Hi, I have some questions about your marketing. So I'm going to be like, okay, that's perfect. Let's schedule a time to talk. I'm going to click on this, it's going to pop up, and I'm going to send it back. So now, as you see here, the message is already pre-filled. It's got the link so they can click on it and go for that. So use these saved replies to talk about a lot of different stuff. So for example, let's say somebody's inquiring about a specific product or service you have, and you have more information on your website. You can have a saved reply for every one of those inquiries that says, uh, more information about product A or service A, uh, and then you can just load these. So use these saved replies to your ability because it's really going to help you leverage your abilities online and make better use of your time replying to people's questions and comments through Facebook Messenger. So thanks for watching, and we've got more videos like this on our YouTube channel if you want to check it out, youtube.com/bluecowmarketing.
