In this tutorial, Shaun Whynacht demonstrates a workflow for producing on‑brand content at scale using ChatGPT. He first introduces a free brand‑development tool that collects detailed brand information—mission, values, personality, audience demographics, psychographics, customer personas, goals, tone, content types, competitors, etc.—and outputs a comprehensive brand‑voice prompt. Shaun then shows how to take that prompt and create a custom GPT via the “Explore GPTs → Create” interface: uploading a representative image, naming the assistant (e.g., “Blue Cow Marketing Content”), pasting the full prompt into the instruction field, selecting the appropriate writing perspective, optionally uploading supporting documents (FAQs, style guides), and toggling features such as web browsing, DALL‑E image generation, or code interpretation. Once saved, the custom GPT can be queried directly to generate Facebook ads, e‑books, FAQs, and other marketing assets that automatically respect the pre‑defined brand voice, dramatically reducing the time spent copying and pasting prompts for each new chat. Shaun provides a link to the free brand‑voice tool, promises a follow‑up email with additional tips, and positions the entire process as a reliable time‑saver for consistent branded content creation.

So in this video, I want to show you the next step to taking a voice prompt script and building something in ChatGPT that's going to save you a ton of time and make sure that the content that's coming out for your business is on brand every single time. All right. So the first thing is our brand development tool. So I'm going to put a link to that with this video that you can check it out. And really what it is, is it allows you to go ahead and fill out this form here. And it says develop your brand voice prompt. Now we're going to ask a lot of questions on here. Your missions, your values, the personality, your audience, the psychographic, uh, or yeah, psychographics, demographics, customer personas, goals of the company, tone, where do you create content, what type of content, your competitors, all this stuff, right? Now the more detailed you give, the better this is going to be. So we're going to put a link to this, but we're going to show you in this video what do you do when you get this back. Okay, so we got our old friend here, ChatGPT open, and this is an email that you would get back. Now this is mine. I did this for our business, uh, just testing out the tool. So you'll get this back and it says we've generated this opening prompt, and it's everything from these little hash lines here all the way down to where it says end prompt, right? So we're going to take that, we're going to copy that. To the old clipboard. Now, you could go and put that into a Word document or a text document or whatever it is that you want to save that and then start every single chat by pasting it in here. All right. Now, who wants to do that? Who wants to open up another document? You just want to hop in the ChatGPT and go, go hog wild, right? Start to create a lot of that content. So if you haven't done this before, if you got the paid version, this is where this it's going to come in. You are going to go over to where it says Explore GPTs on the left-hand side. So we're going to click on that, and when it comes up here, you're going to go to the top right-hand side. You're going to see Create. So we're going to click Create up here, and it, uh, should go in here and allow us to create it. So we're going to give it an image. So what I ended up doing was I went and uploaded my own photo to it. So I just pick my photo there and, uh, give it a name. So in this case, I gave it a name of Blue Cow Marketing Content, right? Pretty straightforward. So Blue Cow Marketing. Well, I can't even spell getting content. All right. You can give it a description if you want. This is just going to be private for yourself, or you can share it with your team. I mean, you're not gonna put it into the library for other users to, to find it. Now the key thing with this is we're gonna just put everything that we copy and pasted into the instruction side here. So we're gonna paste that whole thing in there. Now there is a part about this prompt where you do have to give it some input right here. It says writing perspective. Now this is first person, second person, third person. Wanna make sure that we picked the perspective of the writing that is consistent with your brand. Myself, it's going to be first person. So I got rid of that and I just got rid of this here. All right, so just left it like that. Don't worry about the stars and asterisks. It can see through all that stuff. It's okay. So once it's done that, what you're gonna go down here is, move my, my face outta the way. If you got some other documents to kind of train it on your company, so maybe got some FAQ documents or things like that that it can read, you can upload those files here if you want to. Aside from that, you don't really need to do any conversation starters. You're going to just start by messaging when it works. If you don't plan to do any imaging, then you don't need to check the DALL-E one, but you want to keep the web browsing on so it can look up links that you want in the future. If you plan to ask it to generate some images, you can turn that on. If you do any code interpretation or data analysis, you want to turn that on as well. Once it's done, you're going to click Create, and it's going to create that prompt. Now I'm not going to do that because I already created this. I'm just going to go back here and I'm going to see this is the one I created here. So I can go into this and it just looks like a new ChatGPT chat. However, it already knows everything that you've already pre-programmed it with from that prompt that we generated for you. So you can go in there and ask it questions like things of, hey, um, you know, What are the top 3 challenges my ideal customer is facing? So I'm going to put that in there. So I've already trained it knowing that my ideal customer is struggling with systems and marketing automation and things like that. So it knows that in here. Now I can say, hey, you know, write me Facebook ads that are going to attract my ideal customer, or hey, I want to create an ebook on you know, this topic, and it will take into account everything that was generated in there. Pretty cool, eh? Pretty good time saver, uh, if you will. Now, in order to get that prompt, like I said, you're going to get the link to go over here, uh, and develop this free tool, completely free. Um, I will also send you a follow-up email as well, um, kind of showing you a bit more about how to utilize it. But this is going to save you a ton of time, uh, for building out your branded content moving forward.
