In this live video, Shaun Whynacht of Blue Cow Marketing provides a rapid update on the latest tools and strategies he’s using with small‑business clients. He begins by noting the new user‑interface and mobile‑friendly features of Infusionsoft, including a calendar integration and a new sidebar. He then highlights his partnership with ActiveCampaign, positioning it as an alternative CRM/marketing automation platform for small businesses. The core of the update is a newly announced partnership with Zenreach, a Wi‑Fi‑based marketing solution. Shaun explains how Zenreach captures visitor email or social‑login data when customers connect to a store’s Wi‑Fi, enabling businesses to identify repeat visitors, segment audiences by demographics or visit frequency, and automatically send loyalty coupons or re‑engagement offers. He also describes Zenreach’s built‑in reputation‑management system that prompts satisfied customers to leave 4‑5‑star reviews on Google, TripAdvisor, and Facebook, while flagging low‑rating feedback for follow‑up. Shaun then shifts to messenger bots, praising ManyChat (and similar tools) for building Facebook Messenger bots that can qualify leads and hand them off to a human. Finally, he urges small‑business owners to move beyond text‑only content, adopt video (live or recorded), and become comfortable on camera to build brand equity. Throughout, he shares personal anecdotes, shows his office setup, and invites viewers to learn more via his website (bluecowmarketing.ca/wifi-marketing).

I'm data and clicking around and, uh, checking out this feature here live. Obviously live's not a new feature, but, uh, the camera section had new by it, and then it was like, hey, you want to go live? Sure, why not? Let's go live. So that's the, uh, what I'm doing here. And I thought, hey, let's, let's put some context behind this. Let's talk about what is happening right now, um, in marketing and with the clients and the work that we're doing. So a couple cool things, that we're doing here at Blue Cow Marketing. Uh, so aside from Infusionsoft, which obviously has a new interface, um, new user interface, uh, it's fantastic. It's light, it's mobile. There's some cool stuff coming down the pipeline. Calendar, uh, its own calendar scheduling integration, um, new mobile app, new sidebar, all that kind of stuff coming out of the gate. Uh, big kudos to Infusionsoft for doing that. Um, also we're aligned with the, uh, fine folks at ActiveCampaign in Chicago. So their platform, their CRM, their marketing automation, a fantastic solution for any small business out there. So, um, a lot of similarities between the two, uh, it's just basically where you want to go with your business, and that's what we help you figure out. Now the third one, the third offering that we have here, uh, just a new partnership that we have penned up together with Zenreach. Now if you've not heard of Zenreach, what it does— and this is the kicker, this is the cool thing— Everybody's got one of these. You're walking around with one of these in your pocket. You go into any kind of brick-and-mortar store, you're in a waiting room, you're in a coffee cafe, restaurant, bar, you name it, wherever you are, what's the one thing that you're always looking for? Wi-Fi. That's right. And most places do have Wi-Fi. Now, a lot of places just kind of open up their cable internet connection and you connect to it and everything's great, uh, you get internet, but they get nothing out of it. And as a business, you need to turn this bottomless expense into a profit generator, but also build some great, uh, rapport with your clients, uh, build your reputation management. And that's where Zenreach really comes in. What it allows you to do— and I'm sure you've done this before— you connect to Wi-Fi, you get that landing page that pops up where you can put in your email address, and then you get your access. Well, that is exactly what Zenreach does. It allows you to connect, uh, through your Facebook, uh, login, through Twitter, or by your email. Now, once you do that once, every time you come back, you get instant access to the internet. But But we are able to then tell who is coming back, your peak times, reach out to people who have been back multiple times. So maybe your loyal customers after 10, 20, 30, whatever visits you get to specify, an automatic email will reach out to them and say, hey, you know what, you're a loyal customer. Here's a coupon for whatever it is when you come in the next time. Now on the flip side of that, what about the people who come by your business, connect to the Wi-Fi, but then they don't come back for one reason or another? Life takes over, they forget about you, something like that happens. Well, Zenreach can leverage that as well, and they can pull those people who have not been back after a set amount of time back into your business. And obviously entice them with a coupon offer and things of that nature. But if they're going to put in their information, it's going to gain some intel about them, their age, their demographic, all public information. Nothing is stolen privately. It is all public information that is put out there. So now you're able to reach out, email out to people who reach a certain demographic. So maybe you're a bar, you got a UFC fight coming up on a Friday night, you want to reach out to the males between X, Y, and Z age demographic, pull it up in your database, send out the email, and everything is great. And then we talked about reputation management, getting those reviews, getting those TripAdvisor, getting those Google reviews, those Facebook reviews, all that kind of stuff. We automatically have built right in a review system so people can give their reviews. They give a 4 or 5-star review, it can then prompt them to push out and leave that on those other platforms as well. And anybody who's a 1 to 3 gives you an option to talk back to them and find out what is wrong. So Zenreach, fantastic Fantastic solution. If you want to learn more, by all means go to bluecowmarketing.ca/wifi-marketing. bluecowmarketing.ca/wifi-marketing. Excuse me. And that's where you'll get all the information about that platform, uh, pricing, all that kind of stuff. And you can open up a chat with us. Okay. So that's awesome. Uh, the other thing is, um, it's not a new technology. It's been around for a while, but I finally found the time, uh, yesterday to sit down and learn the technology. Didn't take a lot of time. Um, but the one thing that I learned about it is how kick-ass awesome it is. This is Messenger bots and using ManyChat. And there's many out there, Convoz and all those kind of systems to allow you to build a Messenger bot. I like ManyChat. I like how it works. So I built one out for my business and actually have another YouTube video on this channel where I walk through the scripting and everything that I did for how I flowed somebody through the conversation with my handsome Facebook bot called Shaun Bot. And when he hands it off to me in the conversation. So this is some exciting stuff. I absolutely love video. So I also met with a client yesterday and gave them some ideas about where to go with it. So video. So here's, here's the thing. You know what? Don't keep relying on just writing text and things like that, writing blogs. You need to be able to do some video. You need to be able to be comfortable in front of the camera. If you're going to survive, if you're going to be building your brand equity and developing your small business, You need to utilize things like this video, whether you want to do it live, you want to record it, just get doing it. Okay, don't worry about it. I mean, look at, look at my office here. I've got some stuff on the table back here, uh, the drone setup from a previous job. There's a little box, right? So there's one of our Zenreach units we just installed in a client's office. There's the empty box. You know what, I didn't— it's where I'm working, right? I'm not taking too much concern about some things in the background. I'm not even wearing a company shirt, right? I'm wearing a Maritime Full Throttle here shirt my buddy, uh, Clinton Reid's got that brand for going out ATVing. You know what, I'm just getting the content out there. I'm doing it when it needs to be done and I'm putting it out. And that's what is key in your business. You need to share, you need to give your best stuff first. And people are gonna really check it out and learn more about what you're doing. So thank you very much for whether you're watching this live, whether you're gonna watch the replay on my YouTube channel, whatever it is, Thank you very much for all the support you're doing, and I promise you I'm going to continue to, to crush it, give out some more great content over and over and over again. So have a great day, uh, and we'll take care.
