I've been more productive in these two weeks than I was back during the holidays because there were times when I just could not, could not seem to write. I'd get started and then I'd put it away. I'm like, yeah, but these last couple weeks have really been more productive and.
If I can share a little testimony.
Here for a minute, we'd love to hear. We always love to hear testimony.
So I think it was last year when I got told me to join Christian Book Academy and I have two screen readers on my computer now on the laptop. I just had the one and it wasn't very accessible and I was getting frustrated and God said, no, you need to advocate. But God kept pushing me and I kept listening to Kingdom Writers podcast. I would join the conferences when I could subscribe to hit splits. And then I finally get the new computer for my birthday. My tech guy helps me set it up with both screen readers. And I couldn't do anything with Jaws. I was frustrated. God said, try nvda. And so bada bing, bada boom, here I am.
Awesome. Well, I'm so glad God made a way because you have been persevering and what would you say has been the biggest thing that's helped you really move forward in the last two weeks?
The guidance, the challenges. I'm even going through the first draft challenge. I started with a devotional. I've written like three or four to put in a book later. So since I'd started that.
Yeah, but.
And then I also dick. Since I'm doing self editing and adding some things to the fiction, to the novel. I've also done some of those exercises with the novel because it's very eye openening and that and the, and oh my gosh, the forums. I. I like giving feedback to the outline and just discussions on the forum. And Stacy, I gotta give Stacy a shout out.
Yeah.
Because she even helped me update my bio.
Yes, she's amazing.
Amazing. Yes.
She has like 12 years of customer service experience, so she's really good. She's been with us a couple years now, maybe almost three. It'll be three this year. But yeah, she's great. But we're so glad. And that's the thing. Sometimes you don't know until you actually jump into CBA and like how it's going to help you. But I'm so glad it's been helping you. I've been seeing all your comments coming through. We're excited for you. Ann, welcome and so glad you're here. Thank you. I'm excited about this.
Thank you.
Yeah. So good. Thank you for sharing that testimony too. You know, God will make a way sometimes when there seems to be no way and we've had people that even aren't able to afford it, and I just encourage them to pray and ask God and they receive unexpected money and it's like God provided. It's so fun.
