The way Accutane works is that it shrinks your oil glands. And therefore, if you're somebody who breaks out a lot, you become less oily and you don't break out as much. So when it comes to your nose, and if you are oily, those enlarged pores can make your nose look bigger and thicker and wider. So when you are on Accutane, by shrinking the oil glands, your nose appears slimmer and more structured, but it's not actually shrinking your nose.
