Other reality is Botox on average does last around 12 weeks once you get used to it. So to say take zinc will increase the efficacy of your botox without giving you a duration for how long it will last is kind of like pissing in an ocean or shooting in the dark. And I am a physician after all too much zinc can be too much of a good thing. You can have diarrhea, stomach aches, muscle cramps and a lot of other unwanted side effects. So before you go on a zinc binge make sure to go see your primary care doctor or your pediatric because we're on tick tock and get your zinc levels measured before going to take extra zinc before your botox. And hopefully if you do have a pediatrician you're not getting botox. Oh and last the first I ever heard of this was in 2011 and it is 2023. There is a reason why this has not become the main practice when it comes to botox. Just saying.
