Two your belly button. Yes, your belly button. And I know it may feel weird to clean your belly button out, but you do have to clean it on a daily basis because it's constantly exposed to an open environment and same as the back of the ears. Such an environment can be a breeding ground for bacteria and yeast and even candida. And last, your scalp. No not your hair, your scalp. Many people, including my husband, wash their hair kind of like this without actually focusing on getting it into their scalp to really clean their scalp. Oil and the buildup from products on our hair can cause our scalp to not only get irritated, it can cause further worsening of dandruff and even hair loss in the process. So while you're washing your hair, make sure to give your scalp a good rub down. If you have any questions or concerns about other body parts or pits you have not thought about cleaning, let me know in the comment section below.
