If you still haven't experienced a real heartbreak and you are living off of your parents insurance plan, that's probably too young. But then again, everybody is different. So how young is too young? It really depends on you and your anatomy. As we start to age, we lose volume laterally along the sides of our face. And as that volume gets lost, we start to drop. Signs of this we start to notice in our late 20s, early 30s, like, is she smoking? Late 20s? Yes, late 20s. But that's not to try to freak you guys out into getting you guys to do fillers. It's just the truth. And then we notice a second peak in our late 30s where everything becomes more prominent. Because at that point, our bone structure starts to hollow out, our cheeks start to thin out, and our jawline starts to recede. And then in our mid-40s, I have patients who tell me that they wake up and they do not recognize themselves. But I would tell you guys, just don't wait till you're in your 50s to try to do something to reverse it all overnight. Because Rome was not built in a single night. Little things along the way make the biggest difference, starting at your first signs of aging.
