Looking like someone poured an entire bucket of lube on your face, then you're doing it wrong. So you are right, but you are still wrong on a big level. In order to really get this right and not to be in the wrong, you have to be using a thick layer of moisturizer, cream, ointment, etc. Like probably two hours before you go to bed so that you don't slap on all of this product and then plop on your pillowcase and wipe it off, wasting the product and dirtying your pillowcases in the process.
