If you have a weak jawline like mine, I. E. We're not wide, be careful because your TMJ botox will F up your face. I'm a board certified dermatologist. And what do I mean by that? Your masseter right here is a muscle that allows you to grind. I grind my teeth. That's why my teeth are so straight. Yes, they are my real teeth. Everyone keeps asking me if they're veneers. No, they're not. But because I grind and I have a weak jawline, I want this muscle to pop like Popeyes. And that's when you pick vanity over comfort. But if you don't have a strong jawline like me and you put Botox here because you are in so much pain, the issue is, as you get older and you lose laxity, you might get jowly when you get rid of this muscle holding your jawline up. So although it is a great treatment to help to reduce tension headaches, I would strongly suggest you first get a night guard to see how much that helps. Because look at me, they're not even big. And number two, think of your jawline. Any questions? Leave them below.
