Today I want to show you how to adjust the draw length on the Elite basin. This is a fully adjustable bow with a broad range of draw lengths and poundages. The draw length is from 16 to 30 inches in half inch increments, and the peak draw weights are from 20 to 70 pounds. It's all relative to the draw length. You can find out that information and the mod chart on elitearchery.com you're really only going to need a T15 Torx wrench to make all these draw length adjustments. The number one position on an Elite bow is always the longest draw length. This bow is currently set in the number three position, which would put this bow at 28 inches. So we're going to go ahead and adjust it to the number 8 position. If you need a full mod chart and cam positioning chart, check it out@elitearchery.com we're going to go ahead and remove both screws since we're moving this quite a ways. If you're just doing half inch increments, you may not need to remove your track screw, but you always have to remove the initial screw. But since we're going to go 2 or 3 inches of draw length, we're going to go ahead and remove both screws. So I'm in number three now. You'll see a series of numbers on the cam 1 through 15. You'll see an indicator on the mod. It's currently lined up with number three. We want to rotate that mark to line up exactly with number eight. Once I have that, I'll flip the bow over. There's a hole with the threads lined up exactly right here on the inside of the limb. We'll reinstall our first screw. When you're installing your track screw, you want to get as far away as possible from your first screw you installed. So you can see there's two tracks with a series of holes. This is the farthest threaded hole exposed to me from my first screw. So that's the one I'm going to put the second screw into. Whatever adjustments you've made on the bottom cam, which is where I started. You're going to want to flip it over and do a mirror image on the top. So we'll move this one to the number eight position as well, removing both screws. Flip your bow over, rotate your indicator mark to the number 8 position. Install your first screw, which is just inside the limb, your second screw or your track screw. You always want to make sure you go as far away, so we're going to Pick this hole right here and now you've successfully changed the draw length on your bow. When you get your bow out of the box, it's going to come set up with cable stops on the bow. We send an optional limb stop which you can install on the mod. That'll come around. Hit this limb pad that will give you a really solid and consistent feel at full draw. This is an option. If you like the cable stops, you can run them if you want to install a limb stop. It's really simple. The there's two T15 Torx screws. You can't screw this up. There's one for the top, one for the bottom. You'll see two little screw holes right out here on the end. The contour of that stop will match the outside of that perfectly. You just thread both T15 screws in there. Install the one on the top cam. Do the same thing on the bottom cam. Two little holes follow the contour. It only goes one way and you've now successfully installed the limb stops with a broad range of draw length adjustments and weight range adjustments on this bow.
