If you have a bow that is a 30 inch axle to axle bow, when you draw it back, it bends the limbs so your axle to axle gets smaller. In bows of the past, a 30 inch bow might go down to 27 inches axle to axle at full draw, where this new bow might only go to 28. So it changes the string angle and the cams are larger so the string angle of the artist very similar to a 33 inch bow from a few years ago. And you combine that with the stability built into the wider limbs, the shorter limbs and the longer riser and you get a bow that is extremely forgiving to shoot in a very small package.
