New for 2023 is the elite Sidekick Sidebar stabilizer mount. This allows you to further customize the balance and feel of your bow by adding a side bar. With a seamless mounting connection, the Sidekick allows you to create ultimate balance, stability and fast shot acquisition. The Sidekick will easily mount to any bow with a rear stabilizer, bushing or rear stabilizer threads in the riser. I'll show you how easy it is to do with a quarter inch Allen key. And I will note, using an individual key will allow you easy access to all the bolts on here. If you're using an Allen key set, you might struggle with the bottom adjustment, so an individual key is ideal. Take it out of the package. You got a 516 by 24 thread mounting bolt. Your quick disconnect piece, you can just set it to the side for right now, but on the back you're going to see the flush side. You have laser engraved graduations on the front. You're going to want to mount the flush side to the riser. 5:16, 24 screw threads in I try to mount my mount perpendicular to my bow, but again there's no rules. You can do whatever you want. We'll eyeball it and get it close. Now you have a locking screw on the side that you want to crack loose here that allows you up and down pitch adjustment in your stabilizer mount. You also have a locking screw in the bottom right here which allows you your in and out pitch so you can customize the feel and really fine tune the accuracy of your bow with this Sidebar mount. During your initial setup, you don't really know where you want to put your stabilizer and what position you're going to have it in. So when you make your adjustments, just snug these screws back down. You don't want to put a lot of heat to them right away. You want to just snug them in place because the taper lock connection, once it seizes down it does its job and it really holds. So you might struggle making a fine adjustment. So so in the initial setup stages, just snug these up tight to hold everything in place so you can test it. And then once you figure out the position you want, then you can lock it down. The quick disconnect piece that we set aside does nothing more than thread on the threads of your stabilizer. You'll want to run it in there four or five threads. You can see it has a tapered end. That tapered end is going to go down. It's going to seat inside of the Sidekick. Once you seat it down in there, you just screw your stabilizer up until it snugs up and there you have it installed and ready to go. If you're installing the Sidekick side bar stabilizer mount on the new Omnia or the new Verdict, here's what you're going to need to do to make that happen. Take it out of the package and the set screw on the side which has the flush mounting bracket on it. You need to remove that screw and take the flush mounting bracket off of it. Take that screw out, set it to the side, remove that piece. Your taper lock is right here, which will now screw right through the riser of your bow. It'll sit right in that spot. You're going to have one spot on the Omnia. You'll have a low spot and a high spot on the Verdict, so you can choose if you want it higher or lower. But on the omnia you have one position here. Your mount will go here. The 5 16, 24 thread screw will go in from the opposite side. Lock it down with a quarter inch Allen. Again, you may just want to snug it up for now until you find get your final position because that taper lock really bites down and it will not move or it takes some force to get it to move. So snug it up. You can adjust your pitch here on the side, snug up the screw from the bottom. Get a good position there. Then your quick disconnect will thread right onto the thread of your stabilizer. The tapered piece goes down again because it locks in position. Snap it all the way down. Screw your stabilizer on. While everything's snugged up, you can make your positions. Up, down, in, out, whatever you want to do. Test fire it and then go back and lock it down with your quarter inch Allen wrench. The Sidekick side bar stabilizer mount is sold separately as an accessory, or it can also be purchased in one of two stabilizer kits that will give you a front and rear stabilizer along with a Sidekick stabilizer mount.
