Luke Johnson shows how to tune Elite bows with S.E.T. technology. Loosen the lockdown screw, rotate the S.E.T. fully right on both top and bottom, mark everything with a silver Sharpie, then make equal measured turns on both limbs so they match.

Hi. Check it out, guys. I'm Luke Johnson, and I'm going to tell you a quick little trick that I use on all of my Elites that have the set technology, super simple. And it just makes sure that you are tuning it perfectly on the top and the bottom so your limbs are the exact same. And it's super simple. So first you're going to do loosen up the lockdown screw and you're going to twist it, your lock or your set technology, all the way to the right. Okay? So go the same way on both the top and the bottom. Okay. And once you have that done, you're going to take a silver Sharpie, okay. Just like this. And you're going to mark on your riser or on the limb pocket and the bolt, just a little mark, little line that line up together. Okay. It's a simple like that. And then you can do it on both the top and the bottom. Okay. Now, when you are tuning it and you need to move it just a little bit or a lot, you can now see exactly how much you turned it. So if I wanted to turn it, say a quarter, we're going to go quarter to the left. Okay. Quarter to the left. Okay. And then now I can come down here and do the same thing on the bottom. Quarter to the left. And now I know that my marks on the bottom and the top are exactly the same.
