How to string a high-performance bow in steps: slip the string over the top limb, slide it down, seat it in the lower groove, fit a nylon pocket over the string, add a rubber fastening point near the limb tip, square the limb, pull up to seat it, and confirm it's strung.

When you put your string on, the first thing you're going to do, you're going to slip it over the top limb and you're going to slide it down. And then you put your string on the lower limb. Make sure it's seated into the string groove real tight. And then you put your nylon pocket over the string. Get it on real nice and tight. I like to keep just a little bit of tension on that string, so I have it like that. Then you put this little rubber. I'm not sure what they call, but it's a rubber fastening point onto your limb. Now, the further out you get it to the tip of the limb, the more leverage you have. I'm going to put my foot out a long ways and get it nice and squared up. Kind of feel it squared up. That's about as far out as I want to get it. Make sure it's flat on there. I'm going to pull straight up. Slip it on, make sure it's seated slowly. Let it go. Okay, that bow's strung.
