HOW TO STOP WORRYING???

A coach walks through a four-step method to break the worry habit: write down your worries, identify the worst case, argue against it logically, then rewrite each one as a positive statement in red ink while meditating. The premise is that chronic worry hijacks rational thought and low-frequency energy manifests bad outcomes.

You can only do that when you understand how your mind works, when you train your mind, when you train the way you think to live a content happy and fulfilled life, then you can really be emotionally free. And when you're emotionally free, you start feeling a lot stronger, you start feeling a lot happier, and actually you become even more productive. People around you like you more, your family members respect you more. Everybody starts really valuing your words, your opinions, and your emotions. So all in all, it's in your advantage to be emotionally independent and to be free of others' influences around you, to really understand what you're looking for outside, you have within. So today, without wasting any more time, we're gonna start with another question. That will help you tackle your personal life and challenges efficiently. So let's get started with today's question.
Hello, ma'am. So my question is, how should we stop worrying?
Okay, that's a great question because worrying has become our second nature, especially in the last 3 years since the pandemic, since so many diseases have increased in the world. You know, there are various varieties of flus and viruses that are coming, and our first initial response to any kind of ill health is worry. That's the first response, right? All of us, the minute we have to go for a blood test, what is the first thing that comes to your mind?
We worry.
Oh, what if there is some problem in the blood test? What if I have COVID? What if I have dengue? Right now there are so many people who are getting high fevers, and with the blood test, the first initial response is worrying for the worst possible outcome. So the first thing that we need to understand and realize is when you worry your brain, your rational brain stops to function, and what comes in our mind are irrational, illogical, unthinkable, unhappenable thoughts. The minute you worry, your brain takes you to a space of negativity, and as we all know, Whatever our body is going through, it craves for more. So if my first thought is a thought of worry or a thought of, oh God, what will happen next, the second thought will automatically also be a negative, worrisome thought. So thoughts keep multiplying. Whichever emotion you are feeling, thoughts of that emotion will multiply more and more. That's why when your day starts with worry, it often ends with worry also. If you notice, when you are worrying, your worry will only keep increasing as a cycle. It does not stop unless you take intervention. Unless you stop yourself, unless you force yourself and you tell yourself that no, now I will think positive, or unless you meditate, or unless you seek a coach for coaching. Now worrying to some extent is natural, it's understandable, but when worrying becomes when worrying becomes a habit and when worrying becomes a natural response to every uncomfortable situation, that is when worrying becomes a disease. It hampers our physical and our emotional well-being. That's when worrying interferes with our happiness. So the first thing that I would like you to analyze in your life is Is worrying a habit for you, or is it just a short temporary response where you worry for some time and you forget about it? So let's say worrying is a habit for you. Let's say every time something, um, that causes discomfort happens, or something that causes pain happens, let's say say you start worrying, right? Worrying has become a habit. Now what I want you to do is, on a piece of paper, I want you to write down everything that you are worried about, that causes you worry. When you have written down all the things that cause you worry, you will come up with maybe 50, 100, 200 things. Then I want you to write down what is the worst possible result that you predict. What is the worst possible thing that could happen? So for example, um, I'm giving a blood test tomorrow and I may have Corona, and if I have Corona, I may die. Okay, that is the worst possible outcome that could happen. Yes. Now take a deep breath. When you take a deep breath, understand Is that really possible? Are you predicting the worst outcome ever? And can that really happen? Now write reasons why this cannot happen. So it could be things like, I'm only 30 years old, I am healthy, I don't have any other problems, I am eating nutritious food. So these are the reasons why death could not happen to you. Because of the factors that you have. So when you think of the counter argument of your worst outcome, you understand that worrying is just a negative habit that you have developed. It is not realistic, it is not true. So the first thing that worrying— the first negative effect that worrying is causing you It's making you think irrationally. It's making you think negatively, but it's also making you think for about something that cannot be true. So that's the first harm that it's causing you. Your mind is being used in a very unnecessary, irrational way, because of which you are wasting your time and you are wasting your energy. So worrying is a complete waste of time because the worst thing that you have written has a very, very, very, very tiny possibility to come true, right? The second danger about worrying is that you are actually focusing, you are actually giving your energy to that worry. And we all know the universal law of attraction. We all know where our energy goes that's where the money flows. Where our focus grows, that's where the energy flows. Wherever we are focusing on, that's what will happen. That is the universal law of attraction. There are millions of experts who have spoken about this. Wherever our energy goes, we will somehow make it true. That is the absolute law of cause and effect. So if we are causing unhappiness or worry to our lives, the effect of the worry will be at some point that worry may come true right in front of you, facing you. So you have to decide rationally when you are worrying, the thoughts that your mind is producing are actually thoughts that you never want to come true in your life. And I'll tell you something, if you really know the power of a negative thought, you will never think of a negative thought again. Because when you think of a negative thought, all the cells in your body get charged negatively and they reproduce that negative result and it comes true. So worrying actually is manifesting. Worrying means manifesting a negative thing in your life. Now, the more I worry about money— let's say I am the bread earner of the family, I have two children, and I worry that I will never make enough money for my children. When I am doing this, there are two things that are happening. First thing, worry is making me waste my time and energy. Worry is making me waste all my time and energy. And when I'm wasting my time and energy, what I should actually be focusing on, what I should actually be really doing, I am not doing because I'm worried. So when I'm worried, I don't look after my body, I don't look after my mind, I don't look after my life. I just keep worrying. So it has a very negative effect on my productive use of time and energy. Number 2, like I said, worry is a form of manifestation. So when I am worrying, I am actually making small, small things about that worry come true. So when I am worrying that what will I do 10 years from now if I don't have financial security, I am not working towards financial security. Instead, I'm wasting my time and energy on worrying, and the more I'm focusing on I don't have financial security, the more it's coming true. So you have to use words as a nutrition for yourself. Soul. Start telling yourself that worry is a natural response, number one. Number two, worrying is not helping me, it's actually worsening my situation. When I worry, my health becomes worse. When I worry, my money situation becomes worse. When I worry, my overall emotional health deteriorates. So I actually manifest what I don't want comes true because of worrying. That's the second danger. And the third danger is the more you worry, the more you push people away from you. You know, people don't enjoy your company because they think that you're constantly a worrisome person, and nobody wants to be with a negative person. Would you like to be with somebody who's always thinking, oh God, what if essa ho jaye, what if that happens, what if something happens to my mother? Would you like to be with— in somebody's company who's always inducing negative thoughts?
Not at all.
How would that make you feel?
I would feel— I mean, their thoughts, their negativity will be there, like, around me. And in fact, if they are negative, even I'll be thinking the same. So I won't be liking that.
Exactly. When you are worrying, you are causing discomfort to yourself. You're also causing a lot of pain and discomfort to people around you, to your partner, to your children, to your parents, to your friends. And subconsciously, you are also letting out negative vibes. So the energy that you are letting out is of a very low frequency. Whenever you are worried, the energy becomes of a very low frequency, and when you radiate low frequency, you have low frequency thoughts. Now what are low frequency thoughts? Low frequency thoughts are thoughts that make you feel stuck. That don't help you grow, that just make you stagnant in one position where you feel like you are— you know, completely stuck. You feel like you're going in a very negative direction. And when you are radiating a low frequency, you are only thinking low frequency thoughts. So worrying is a state of low frequency. Now obviously when you are worrying, you are only having worrisome thoughts, so you cannot go higher. You cannot think positively. You cannot think of the, um, the positive results that something could create. Instead, you are only thinking of the negative results that your worry can create. So the basic thing to stop worrying is when a thought comes that is worrying you, first thing you have to tell yourself, this is not going to come true. You have to believe that truly. Second thing you have to tell yourself, if you worry, you will make it come true. Whatever you are worrying about will come true if you spend your time and energy on it. So what you have to do is every time you have a thought that is a worry, First thing, write the worry down. Second thing, write the opposite of the worry down. So what I would tell you to do is, if your worry is in a black pen and it is a cross, the opposite of that is in a red pen because you want to manifest that. And then once you have written the opposite of that, just take some time, pause, and meditate on that thought. So I'll give you an example. For example, my biggest worry is right now is the monsoon season and I'm very worried that my children will fall sick. So I'm going to write down, I worry that my children will fall sick because there are lots of diseases in the environment. I will write that with a black pen and I will cross it out and I will tell my subconscious this is not true. I will instead write the absolute opposite thought of this, which is, I am working on my child's immunity. They are strong, they are brave, they, they are healthy. That's it. I will not write they will not fall sick. I will write they are healthy in a red pen. So this means that even if they fall sick, it does not matter. They will still remain healthy. They may be sick for a couple of days, but it's fine. So now my energy from a very negative place of I hope they don't fall sick, I hope they don't fall sick, I hope they don't fall sick, changes to a high frequency where my children are very healthy. So now wherever they go, the aura around them is of good health. Because my energy to them is a healthy energy. It is not a small, dark, worrisome energy. In fact, it is a big, larger than life, red, positive, growing, happy energy. And when I share this with my children that let's always spread a positive aura around us, let's have a repeating positive thought, children automatically start feeling and radiating a higher energy. So this energy will protect them from the negative illness that could happen. So change your focus, change your life. As simple as that. Change your thought from worry to stability. From worry to actual growth, happiness. Focus on what you have today. Think of one thing that you have and tell yourself that, so worry will go out of the window. Worry is the worst thing that you can do to yourself. Even a very healthy, happy, uh, rich person who's constantly Developing a habit of worrying can become a poor, unhealthy, dissatisfied person just by worrying. I'm going to end by telling you an experiment. This I learned from my coach. When you see, when you take water and you say a lot of negative things to that water, you know, I'm always feeling sick, I'm so weak, I can't even run, my heart is racing very fast, I don't have energy, I feel very depressed. And when you drink that water, how do you feel?
I would feel negative.
You feel negative. This is my thought, because your thoughts are negative and the energy that you're drinking is negative. Similarly, if you tell that water, I'm feeling healthy, I'm working on my immunity, I'm having a lot of super booster juices and healthy vegetables to work on my health, and then you drink that water. How do you feel?
I would definitely feel good and positive.
Similarly, your body, more than 75% of your body is made of water, and water is very sensitive. So whatever energy you are drinking is what your body is going to feel, and however your body feels is what your mind is going to think and your life is going to be. So please, worry is your biggest enemy, and worry will make all your other worries come true. So do not worry. I hope the practical, actionable step that I told you today. I hope the tip that I gave you, you can implement it and share it with your friends and family. If you liked my advice, please spread the message to all your friends and family. Share the video and start taking step right now to stop worrying and to also tell other people do not worry, because worry is a waste of time and worry will make all your other worries come true.
