In just 3 months, her son ended all tantrums. Now he listens, connects and does the right thing!

Bhavneet's 8-year-old son went from aggressive and defiant to listening and organized in three months after she joined the Super Parenting Hub's Diamond program. She credits visualization techniques, calmer communication, and what she calls "connection over correction" from coach Sidhika Goenka. She says mothers are children's primary teachers of life skills, not schools.

Hi Bhavneet!
Hi Sidhika Goenka!
How are you, Bhavneet?
All good.
Can you please give all the viewers here a brief introduction about yourself, please?
Yeah, so my name is Bhavneet and I reside in Gurugram. I have two children, two sons, beautiful kids. One is 8 years old and the other one is 3 years old. We live in a very nuclear family, my husband, me and my kids. And I, before my second child, I was working as a teaching professional in a school. So after my second child, I thought to have a, like, take a break for some time and nurture my kid really beautifully. So I took a break, and right now I'm teaching kids online.
Oh, superb, Hafneet. So what problem led you to seek our program and then, you know, join it and then become a Diamond Mother as well, get into the Mastery Program?
So there were a lot of problems. Like, uh, my kid was 6 years old, I guess, when these problems occurred. I used to get a lot of complaints from the school stating that he is not behaving at all. Although my kid was excellent in education part, but the behavior was such a concern for me that it was looking up so high that I Tried everything, you know, getting the complaints from somewhere, you get irritated, right, at the end, and then the frustration level goes up and you start hitting your kid as well. So these were the things that I also used to do, but the thing was nothing was working at all. He was 6 years old, the problems being increasing day by day, not decreasing it. Like, my way of parenting was not letting him to grow, but the problem was making him more aggressive. These things actually were, you know, disturbing me a lot, that what is wrong, what is wrong in it. So then I come up with a video, your video on Instagram. I tried it and I was not consistent, to be honest. So I did it for one or two times, I like for the Silver membership I did it, and then I said that okay, there's nothing, There is nothing can, you know, can fix this. This child has been like, the level has cleared up, so this child cannot be treated with. So this is what the time, then I was gave up on him. Then somehow I, uh, after 6 months again I started, you know, listening to the videos, your videos of Silver membership. So I started listening to it and the gradually I listened to it, I said, okay, something is there. Then I started the Kaamathon for the first time. And I was very much sure that I have to do it no matter what. I have to complete this. So I completed for 2 months, 3 months, and touchwood, I do it some of the times as well. Right now also I complete it. So what is happening was, I could see some of the change in my kid. Some change was there. So I said, yes, some change is there. I like that, that little change that was there, that That actually gave me a sign of hope that yes, something could be possible now, something could be possible. So then there was one line that you were doing it for Diamond Membership Showcase, and this you said that we spend a lot of money on the kids' education, but we never spend some of a little penny on their skills to enhance, which will help them for the long term. So that line clicked me, that we do everything as a parent, unki education kili, we do everything, but what is really important are the values and the skills which we do not inculcate in them. So that was the point I made a decision that yes, I want to go, there has to be a study. Like we go for a job interview and everything, we show our degrees and everything, right? And this is parenting, which is a job given to us, and we do it like it's a hands-on job. We will learn by doing. It's not, it's not. This was the biggest mistake. I think most of us do it like it's an ongoing job. Our parents, you will learn everything, but no, it has to be—
we'll just become, on the job, right? Do you think on the job, Sidhika Goenka?
Never, never, because you are not, you are not a parent. You were just a kid. You were also a kid. Yeah, you were 25, 27, and then you being a mother, like instantly you being a mother doesn't involve that all those changes. Like you know everything about parenting, how to handle a kid, how to nurture a kid. Of course, the physical things, you know, you read it, you know, get to know those physical things, how to, what to nurture, what to give them as a diet, that also you study and then give. Then you give in brain, you don't study and then you just give it. So that was something that I felt like, yes, now this is the time I should take this decision.
Superb. So Bhavneet, if you can just tell everyone what were the 3 main benefits, sabse zada apko kis cheez mein farak pata, 3 main benefits when you joined the Diamond Program of Super Parenting Hub.
Okay, so the 3 main benefits were, the first one was connection. My connection with the child has increased a lot, a lot I would say, because earlier my child never used to listen to me. He was like very stubborn. He was getting aggressive for very little things also. But now I have a deep connection with him. I actually love being with him. The earlier me was not loving being with him. It was like, "Karokam katoom karo," and then just go, go. I don't want. Like, you know, that stuff comes up because he gets irritated. But now that deep connection, understanding him more, is kind of— it's kind of a magic that has done. So I— but when I ask him, what do you like most in me? So you'll say that, Mama, you are very calm now. I really like that calmness in you. So I said, okay.
And an 8-year-old child understanding, ki mama, you're very calm.
Yes, yes, that was amazing. He said that you are my favorite mama, I can never leave you. Like, even if I say that mama will go when you will grow up, no mama, I'll not leave you ever in my life. So that feeling is like very, very touchy moment for me. So that the first thing, connection has improved a lot. My communication has helped me And that eventually has helped him. So we have stopped saying the words like karo, ye karo, vo karo. So those things we have just stopped it. I have personally stopped doing it. Even my 3-year-old kid, I ask him, Mama's help? You need Mama's help? So when he tries it of his own, once he doesn't try it, Mama's help? I ask permission from him. Does he want my help or not? So show that. And then gradually, when he doesn't get it, then he comes to me, Mama's help. So he's also learning this language of Mama's help, anybody's help he needs it. So that communication, shall we do it? So my elder one and younger one both have started saying this, shall we, Mama? Shall we do this? Shall we do this? So this, the second point is the communication part has improved a lot in my house. Uh, the calm and peace is there. There is no noises. It's all calmness in my house. That is what I am loving the most. And the third most important thing, I would say, uh, I, I have started teaching my kid visualization. So the things that were not happening before have started happening right now. Like, I tell you, very basic thing, my kid was very unorganized kid. Like in grade 2, I had a complaint, uska bag idhar, uska pencil box idhar, lunch box idhar. Like we have to, we have to tell him thousands of times, take care of things, take care of things. So in grade 3, I made this promise that I will make him do these things himself. So in the morning and at night, I tell him, close your eyes and whatever I say, just visualize it. And he has started visualizing it. And every day he comes to me and says, "Mom, Mom, I hang my bag on the chair and I keep the pencil box in the desk." Every day. So this is a magic. This is actually a magic. The words that were not doing their stuff, the only visualization is doing it. So this is pure magic that has happened to me. Managing his own things, little bit clumsy, but yes, managing the things. What else I could expect from an 8-year-old kid? So this is super amazing.
And why would you, you know, recommend our program to somebody who is thinking about it and who's on the fence, thinking ki main invest karoon hai karoon? What would you say to that person?
I would say if you want your child to be happy and have those skills, your emotionally— your child should be emotionally, and it should be focused. It should have the— he should— he or she should have the confidence to handle the tough situations in life. He or she should have— could have the, um, the ability to face the challenges. Then go for it, go for it. Do not wait for the long-term process, ki chalo thi ki abhi toh bachche hi hai. Do not, do not say that. The kids who are younger will get these benefits more, more than they would be an adult. I have seen kids in my family, in my relatives, they are 14, 15, 16, they don't know how to do, how to manage their stuffs because the parents were very lenient.
Yeah, they don't even feel, Bhavneet, that these skills are taught in school. How to focus, how to balance your emotions, but the school expects it. But what's the karte hai, kaise kare ham? How do we do it?
Never. The school curriculum has no such things as life skills. They will tell you, essa karo, but how to do it, what to do it, they will never say. You— the school expects the kids to be disciplined for 8 hours, right? That is what the school expects. But how a kid can be disciplined for 8 hours? Do they teach that mantra to them? Never. They never teach. When they will leave from school, they would face a lot of challenges. Does the school ever taught them that there could be a challenge where you would be emotionally broken? How would you tell? How would you accept it? My child has anger issues. Has any child, any teacher come up and taught him that this is anger? Accept it, you have anger, but try to handle it. Does anybody— teacher said no. The teacher instantly called me up and said that your child has anger issues, take care of it. I can provide counseling sessions. And I asked him, what do you do in counseling sessions? Nothing, I just read and write. So this is what the school is providing you. Do you very really think that school gonna help you? Education definitely gonna help you to get in high income jobs, that is for sure, but These skills gonna help him to lead his life in a very successful way, both financially and emotionally and physically. So all those things matters. If your child is spending 1,000 or like earning lakhs, 2 lakhs rupees per month, but he doesn't know how to build a relationship, what gonna impact? Like, will, will that child be a happy child? Will you see that child a happy child?
Never.
Yeah. So that is—
who needs to teach them these skills?
Only mother. Only mother can teach. Only mother. I cannot say that father can also teach it. I don't believe it because the connection that a mother has with their children, she understands what he or she needs instantly. A mother has this, a God gift. I would say the gift that has been given by God, that a mother instantly get an instinct, okay, my child need this right now. So mother can able to understand the kid more than any of the relatives, any of the relatives, even if thousands of relatives are there in front of you, you leave your kid with them. Yeah, but the mother is the only one who needs to be calm. First of all, the most important Be calm and have a heart of love and faith. These are the two important things, and you will see a drastic change in your kid. If you have a heart of self-doubt, like, mera beta ye toh thi koi nahi sakta, that faith is not there, it will never happen. Yeah, never happen. I, I tell you one more important thing, if you love. In that psychological test, it has been, it has been, um found that my kid has ADHD also. And my intention was that no, my kid never has ADHD, because yes, he is active, actively involved, but I won't— but when I read the symptoms, they are not matching with the ADHD symptoms, like with my kid. So I was having this intention, my kid is not having any ADHD, he is a very genuine, pure and a very peaceful kid, very calm kid. So every day I have to signal this in my brain: my kid is a very normal kid. Every day. And I could see those changes in my kid. He is a very normal kid. Why I should label him as ADHD kid? Why? He has special qualities, I won't deny it, he has it. But I cannot say that it's an ADHD one. I don't believe it. And if a mother doesn't believe it, it's not.
Trust me, it's not. Superb. You're right. Yeah. So Bhavneet, I just wanted to ask you, how do you, you know, how would you describe me as a coach, maybe in the community? What are some things that you do that, you know, set us apart? How do you feel? How do you like the coaching style? How would you describe the coaching that you get? In the Diamond Membership?
I would say the coaching is amazing, amazing. I have never seen a coach like you. I have never trusted anyone because I have that trust issues, but when I listen to you, your voice, your— the way of— it is like connection over correction, I would say. So the way you build your connection with our community, it's amazing, amazing. Why we all mothers strive look out for Tuesdays to meet you. Why we have that instinct? Because the energy that you give to us on Tuesdays, we don't want to miss that. I used to have that class on Tuesdays, so I missed 2, 3, but in my mind it was going up, why I'm missing that, why I'm missing that, why I'm missing that. And the universe listened to it and my class got postponed at 1:30.
Amazing.
So this is what the energy is. You get attract towards energy. And you have that— like, I am, I am little not, uh, feeling good, right? I have some issues with my kid or my relationship. I message you and I get a, I get a very beautiful pure heart hand which is holding me and says that everything is fine, just trust the system, trust me, everything is fine. Like that mother, you are kind of a our mother only who is teaching us so many things. I would say even our mother has not taught us.
Anything else that you'd like to add? Any last comments that you'd like to share with everybody?

I would say the best life that you can live, and the life that you have not expected even. You will get the changes, you will get the results that you never expected in your life. Those changes would be there in your life. So trust her, join her. That is the only thing I would say.
