The letter B stands for Believe: what you truly believe about yourself shapes your actions and outcomes. If you believe you're beautiful or successful, you'll groom yourself and network accordingly. If you believe you're a loser, you'll act in ways that confirm it.

Hi, welcome back to the A to Z series of inculcating a high self-esteem. Today we're going with the letter B. B for believe. Believe, believe, and believe. Believe in yourself. Believe in your goals. Believe in others. Believe in your children. Believe in your rights, believe in your duties, believe in your responsibilities. Just believe. Honestly, if you believe in something, it happens, it comes through. I don't know what it is, it's magic, it's miracles. Things just kind of conspire and make them come true. So the more you believe in yourself, the more you're going to make everything that's favorable for you to come true. Just like The Secret or the Law of Attraction. It's almost like a self-fulfilling prophecy. For example, in the morning when you believe that you're beautiful, you start actually believing you're beautiful. You do things to make yourself beautiful. You know, you comb your hair in a different way, you look good, you put some kind of lipstick, you wear good clothes. You start believing you're beautiful and everyone around you believes you're beautiful. Or if you believe that you're successful, you make networks, you do connections, you do things to make yourself successful. Similarly, if you believe you're a loser, or if you believe you're not good enough, or you're not capable enough, to your surprise, you actually make that come true. You do things consciously, subconsciously, or unconsciously to make yourself feel incapable. Feel like a loser or feel weak. So today I'm going with believe. Believe that you're worth it. Believe that you're beautiful. Believe that you're successful. Believe that you can do it. And I'm 100% sure that you can do it when you believe that you can do it. I hope you enjoyed today. Stay tuned for the letter C of encouraging a high self-esteem tomorrow. Bye.
