Hi, you're watching the A to Z series of inculcating a high self-esteem. Yesterday we spoke about I, identifying a particular aspect of your life or personality and improving it. Today we have the letter J, and J for juggle. Okay, so have you ever seen a joker? Have you seen how a joker could juggle 3 or 4 balls in the air? And when the joker is juggling, His attention is only on all the 4 balls that he's juggling. Even though there is only 1 ball in his hand, the other balls are in the air, but he's still juggling and he still has his attention and his focus on the other balls. Similarly, remember, in life, when you feel responsible, you feel confident. So now, if you have 3 or 4 responsibilities, you need to juggle all these responsibilities equally. By giving each responsibility its own required time, effort, attention, and love. So all the 4 responsibilities have to be constantly juggled to feel confident, to feel strong, and to feel powerful. Remember, with great responsibility comes good self-esteem. So it's not the other way around, you know. As parents, sometimes we feel if the child is confident, we will give them a responsibility. No. We need to give the child the onus, the responsibility, or the power of control to help him feel confident, to help him or her overcome failures, to help him or her take risks. We need to give him the power. We need to help him or her juggle 3 or 4 different responsibilities to make them feel strong, confident, and give them a healthy self-esteem. So remember, today write down 4 responsibilities that you have. And how you are going to be juggling them, how you are going to be giving 100% to each of these responsibilities without letting any of these balls fall from your hand. All these 4 balls have to be juggled in a way where each of them is caught in both your hands. Remember, enjoy juggling. Have a great day. See you next time with the letter K. Bye.
