Hi, welcome back to the A to Z series of inculcating a high self-esteem. Yes, we're almost there, we're halfway there. I genuinely hope that you have found some kind of a change in your self-esteem and in your overall self. Yesterday we spoke about kick-starting anything that is stagnated, give it a nice big push, give it a kick-start, kick-start change. Today We have the letter L, and for L I have lighten up. Yes, lighten up. Shake your arms, shake your shoulders, shake your head. Lighten up. Lighten up your body. Lighten up yourself. Lighten up the situation. Lighten up your life. I once read somewhere, whenever you're meeting people, imagine them as tiny infants or as 100-year-old adults. Then you're never going to feel bad about anything they ever said. Does that make sense? Yes. Lighten up situations. Even when you've made a mistake, laugh out loud, laugh at yourself. That again shows a strong, confident, secure, and stable you. It does. The more you laugh at yourself, the happier you feel, the happier you look to others, and the stronger you feel. You feel like you have a strong self-confidence and a self-esteem. So laugh, lighten up situations, laugh out loud, enjoy yourself. I learnt this also from my brother. Any situation, wherever he walks in the room, he just laughs, and that just makes him so lovable. So become lovable, increase your self-esteem, laugh at yourself, laugh with others, be the first one to laugh, and laugh till everyone is even over. Let your laughter be heard like an echo. Lighten up! Today, anything that you feel, any emotion, any negative emotion, if someone says something that's hurt you, think of them either as a tiny infant or as a 100-year-old adult and laugh. Laugh with them. Laugh at yourself. Laugh and love. See you. I'll see you tomorrow with the letter M. Bye!
