In this episode of the A‑to‑Z series on building high self‑esteem, the host introduces the letter “M” as a reminder to “Meditate.” She argues that true happiness and self‑esteem stem from inner peace and self‑acceptance, which can be cultivated through meditation. She clarifies that meditation does not require chanting or mantras; it is simply observing oneself in stillness. The video offers a brief guided practice: deep breathing, affirming self‑love, and visualizing a white light, a deity, or inhaling happiness and exhaling peace. She recommends starting with 2‑minute sessions and gradually increasing to 5 or 10 minutes daily, at any convenient time. The host explains that regular meditation helps one look inward, reduces reliance on external validation, and leads to greater contentment, strength, and higher self‑esteem. She concludes by encouraging viewers to try a five‑minute quiet session and promises the next episode on the letter “N.”

Hi, you're watching the A to Z series of inculcating a high self-esteem. Yesterday we spoke about lightening up, lightening up the situation, lightening up your mood, and lightening up just the way you behave with others and yourself. Don't take yourself seriously because no one is. Today we have the letter M, and for M I have meditate. Yes, I believe you have to be at peace with yourself if you want to be happy. You have to honestly be comfortable with yourself. You have to be very, very happy, content, satisfied, fulfilled, and gratified with yourself. And the only way of that is accepting yourself for the way you are. And the way to acceptance is Meditation. When you meditate, you actually find peace and you become one with your inner self and your inner soul, right? When you're meditating, you look within. Your soul becomes a mirror of your emotions, and you start really looking within and introspecting rather than looking outward and looking for happiness. You actually seek happiness within you. That is the secret and the power of meditation. Now don't get me wrong, by meditation I don't mean chanting continuously, you know, chanting a shloka or a mantra. No, I don't mean that. By meditation, I simply mean observing yourself. Just being still in a moment and observing yourself in that moment. So you can do that with me right now. Take a deep breath in. Think about yourself and meditate. Think about yourself. Tell yourself, I love myself, I love myself, I love myself. Look within. Give yourself— start with just 2 minutes a day, no problem. Increase that to 5 minutes. Increase it to 10 minutes a day. You can do it. So whatever time you're comfortable with in the morning, just take that 2 minutes, 5 minutes, or 10 minutes where you're meditating. You can meditate on a thought. You can meditate on a single point. You can meditate inside your soul and heart. You can also meditate to just a white light. You can meditate to a picture of any god that you believe in. You can meditate to just pure happiness. You can imagine that you're inhaling happiness and you're exhaling out peace. Imagine that. Meditate with me right now. Right now, as soon as you're done with the video, open your eyes, close your eyes, do anything you want, but for 5 minutes, just be absolutely quiet. Be at peace with yourself. Whatever thoughts are coming in your head, let them just go. Let them go like a movie. Let the thoughts kind of just play in your head. You watch. Watch your thoughts. Be quiet. Enjoy meditation. It'll make you feel very, very peaceful from within. Once you've found that peace, hang on to that peace. Yes, you will feel stronger, you will feel more powerful, and you will feel like your self-esteem is increasing because you're content with yourself. In today's rat race, it's very difficult to be content with what you have, but I'm challenging you, be content. Happy meditating. I really hope you can meditate and find peace. I'll see you next time with the letter N. Bye.
