In this solo motivational video, the speaker continues the A‑to‑Z self‑esteem series with the letter “T,” standing for “Train.” She argues that training and tuning the mind—especially the subconscious—makes life easier and builds confidence. Using a relatable example of waking up before an alarm after repeatedly telling oneself to rise early, she illustrates how subconscious conditioning works. She advises listeners to repeatedly affirm positive statements, such as “whatever happens, happens for the best,” to reframe negative situations and see silver linings. The core message is to take control of the mind rather than letting it control you, using daily mental training to become stronger, more confident, and resilient. The video ends with a sign‑off promising the next episode on the letter “U.”

Hi, you're watching the A to Z series of increasing your self-esteem. Yesterday I had simplify for you. Simplify your life, break down all the complicated emotions, take things for face value, and just simplify living. Today we have the letter T, and for T I have train. Train your mind. When you train your mind, life becomes very easy. Let me give you an example. Have you had a day when you've had to wake up at 5 in the morning to catch a flight? And obviously you put an alarm, right, for 5 AM. But when you sleep, you actually end up waking up before the alarm. Does that happen? It happens because you've trained your mind. You've tuned your mind into telling your mind that, okay, I have to wake up at 5 AM. So once you keep telling yourself that and you train your mind for that, you automatically wake up before time. So your subconscious is actually amazing. Your subconscious works wonders. What your subconscious does is when you keep training it, it actually prepares your mind, your body to actually do what you want. So when you train your mind, you train your subconscious to weather different situations, to, you know, confront different situations, your brain and your mind does that. Train yourself, tune your mind, condition your mind to work according to you. You control your mind, don't let your mind control you. In any negative situation, if you're feeling underconfident, if you're feeling low, if you're feeling inferior, train your mind. Tell yourself why you're feeling low. Tune your mind. Another good strategy, strategy is tune your mind to whatever is happening is going to happen for the best. Tell yourself every day, whatever happens, happens for the best. So even in unfavorable situations, you'll always see the silver lining. Whenever there is any problem, you'll say, okay, you know, whatever happened, happened for the best. And maybe in a month you will realize that yes, it did happen for the best. Training or tuning your mind to overcome any adversity or any negative situation actually makes you a winner in life, in that situation, and overall it makes you feel like you are a winner. It makes you feel confident, it makes you feel strong, it makes you feel powerful. So tune your mind, train your mind to listen to your positive conscious. Train your mind to listen to all the positive things that you're saying to it. So don't be a slave of your brain or mind. Let your mind listen to you. Train your mind today. I hope you have a great day. I'll see you next time with the letter U. Bye.
