Hi, you're watching the A to Z series of increasing your self-esteem. We're almost coming to an end. Today we have the last letter, Z. Yesterday we spoke about Y, about saying yes, saying yes to change, being open to opportunities, being open to new things, however uncomfortable it makes you, saying yes. Today we have the letter Z, and for Z I have zeal. Live your life full of enthusiasm, energy, and zeal. Zeal basically means giving your 100% and living life enthusiastically, being energetic, making your energy count. Energy is always very contagious. If you are positive, people around you become positive. If you are happy, it's infectious, people around you become happy. If you are smiling, if you are laughing, your friends start laughing, your family starts laughing. So change begins with you. Once you start being positive, once you start seeing yourself in a new light, others will always start seeing you in a new light as well. So when you think you are confident, you are confident, others perceive you as confident. Living life with zeal and enthusiasm and motivation makes others around you more attracted to you. They start wanting to spend more time with you, they start loving you more. So high self-confidence, you have to be energetic, you have to be positive, you have to be full of life, full of zeal, and full of vigor. When you enter a room, go with the goal that you're going to make more friends. Go with the goal that people are going to want to talk to you, people are going to be attracted to you. Laugh, smile, show your zeal, show your passion for things around you, show your passion for what you're talking about in that particular this particular instance. Automatically people will start liking you. Automatically you'll feel good about yourself. Automatically you will have a high self-confidence. So to have a high self-esteem, to feel confident, you have to live life in the present moment. You have to be enthusiastic. You have to be full of energy. Today, live your life with zeal. Live your life with energy. Whatever you're passionate about, do that with with full zeal, with full enthusiasm, and full attention.
