All of us must enhance in our lives. We must upgrade them. The first is the skill of communication and reframing your sentences. Instead of saying things very bluntly or rudely, we need to try and manipulate them, rephrase them so that your child actually does it. For example, instead of saying that, "Ryanshi, you're very lazy, you're not doing your homework," you can reframe it and say, "Ryanshi, I'm not liking how laid back you are with your homework. You're so intelligent, I know you can finish this in 5 minutes." So give them that encouragement. The second skill is pausing. Whenever you're tempted to react, whenever you're angry, whether it's with your husband, whether it's with your children, whether it's with yourself, Pause. Be patient with yourself. Take a deep breath. Rethink. And then speak. Pause is an important skill that we have to constantly upgrade in our lives as we grow up. The third skill that you need is be proactive. Take charge of yourself. Take charge of your day. When you wake up in the morning, tell yourself, I'm in charge of my moods. I'm in charge of my day. And I am going to have a growth mindset. When you get up with that mindset, even if you're a full-time mother, you still manage to do something to make yourself fulfilled and to make yourself happy.
