Hi, I'm Sidhika Goenka, the founder of Empowering You. This Women's Day, I want to congratulate all of you for coming so far in life. Today, I want to talk about simple positive affirmations that you can make to yourself to live a healthy, fulfilling, and happier life. Every morning, start with a positive thought. It's simple to say, it's also simpler to do. So as soon as you wake up, when you're in bed, just say, "I'm beautiful, I'm strong, I'm confident." Start with that. That's the first tip to have a stronger self-esteem and to live happily. The second tip is inundate yourself and put lots and lots of books around you. That really helps. Reading just one page a day from any book that you feel like always uplifts your self-esteem, makes you feel good. The third step is Always think that you're enough. Tell yourself, I'm enough. I have enough abilities to do whatever you want to do or to fulfill your dream. Keep telling yourself, I am enough. That doesn't mean that you should not work hard and do more classes or try and evolve or try and improve your skills, but constantly tell yourself that I am enough. I have what it takes to fulfill my goals. I have what it takes to fulfill my dreams. Women, we are powerhouses of energy. We are the entire heart and soul of our family. Always remember that. Keep filling your positivity tank. Keep filling in your bucket of love, your soul. Keep filling it in with positive thoughts, positive affirmations, lots and lots of self-care, self-love, and self-fulfillment. Tell yourself, I will have a high self-esteem no matter what. I have what it takes to live a healthy life. I have what it takes to live a happy life. Then you will truly live a strong, happy, and healthy life. You are a woman. A woman who has everything, whatever it takes to be happy. Remember that. Always be happy. Have a great Women's Day, and I'll see you next time. Bye.
