Hey there s Raj here. Welcome to yet another episode of the Freedom Business podcast. And if you have not subscribed to this podcast on Apple or Spotify, please do that right away because I'm going to be giving you the best of the best information in a very short span of time. And today's topic is one of my favorite topics which is on high ticket products and high ticket coaching products and consulting based products. And what I'm going to share with you is how I have incorporated a combination of low ticket and high ticket products to really build a sustainable digital coaching business. Besides the low ticket products that I've been selling for more than six years, I also run one of the world's most premium masterminds for digital coaches. We have over 110 members who are investing more than 10 lakh rupees per year. And in this mastermind we have a very high retention rate, we have a high success rate because of the way that I have engineered this mastermind. Now this is my ultra high ticket product. But beside this, I also have my diamond membership which is in the range of 2 lakhs. And we currently have close to 4,000 people who have actually come into my diamond membership. And this is my highly scalable high ticket product. So besides my low ticket, I also have the mid and high ticket products. And in this podcast I'm going to be breaking down the 10 secrets on how to build a high, you know, scalable high ticket product and how do you go through that journey. So what I'm going to do first is I'll be explaining to you the six different types of high ticket products that you can actually sell. And based on my experience over the last few years, I've understood that only when you go through multiple low ticket experiments can you actually build a high ticket product. Ultimately it is the outcome what people are looking for for paying anything on a high ticket basis. And I'll explain to you what's the pricing in my mind of what I'd like to define as high ticket. And I also want to tell you what are the six different kinds of high ticket products. The first one is the typical one to one coaching, one to one consulting, life coaching where you're going to be offering them so many number of sessions for a price point of say 30,000, 50,000 and 30,000 according to me is not a high ticket product. Anything above 50,000 in India market, anything above $1,000 in international market is what I would even bracket it under the high ticket range. The second kind of a high ticket product are done for you services. So if you're an agency, you're providing advertising services or social media services or SEO services that would also come under the high ticket range where you have a recurring monthly subscription model. The third high ticket product are live physical events or workshops where you're going to be charging anywhere from 1 lakh, 1.5 lakhs, 2 lakhs. In fact. I remember traveling to Phuket in the year 2016 to attend a particular event called Making the Stage where the investment was 7.5 lakhs for five days. Now that is a super ultra high ticket product. Some of the best of the best coaches in the world where we're training over there and I got to spend five days with them. And now that is a third kind of a high ticket product. The fourth kind of a high ticket product is a group mentoring program which can range anywhere from three months, six months or 12 months where it is not on a one to one basis but it is a small group where this small group is going to go through a process where they're going to be achieving whatever outcomes that they're looking for. But it's happening through a group process. The fifth kind of a high ticket product is like a premium membership into a community. Just like in my case I've got something called the diamond membership and as a part of the membership they get access to a bunch of tools, they get access to courses, they get access to weekly calls, they get access to week weekend implementation sessions where we make them do it. And a lot of load is taken off my back because I'm not doing anything one to one over here. It is highly scalable and I'm selling it more like a premium level membership where this is renewal membership that is there now you can either do an annual subscription for the membership or you could do, in my case I'm charging people for three years so they pay one shot for three years. And after three years, if they choose to remain in the membership, they got to renew again for the next three years. And the sixth kind of high ticket product is an exclusive mastermind. Like I have a mastermind, as I mentioned before, called the Quantum Club, where people pay 10 lakhs per year to be a part of that mastermind. And the way I run that mastermind is slightly different. So how I do it is it's a combination of one to ones. I do one to ones with many people in the Mastermind. And we also have a weekly momentum session where the members are who are doing really well, they come forward and train fellow members of the Mastermind. So the Mastermind is nothing but exchanging of ideas with the cream group in a particular industry. Okay. And then I do a monthly call with, you know, each of the groups and I've divided them into four different groups depending on which stage that they are in their business. And I've gamified the whole thing where the groups also keep getting shuffled. And also as a part of the Mastermind concept, I also group people into triads so they have to work in a group of three for an entire quarter so that they can make progress, they can make tangible progress and move up to the next stage. And I also have a control center where I'm able to track each member's progress. And anytime anybody stuck, I'm able to look into their dashboard and give them suggestions to move forward through a one to one process. So since I can't work with too many people, it's only 100 people and I'm able to manage this efficiently without getting burnt out and without having my calendars full all the time. I probably do three to four one to ones in a day and I only do it for four days in a week. So I do around 12 one to ones in a week. And each one to one does not go more than 30 to 40 minutes once the people are totally warmed up in the system. So the way that I've made this so efficient is because of the way that I've designed the entire high ticket program. Okay, so just to recap, these are the six kinds of high ticket products. You can do one to one coaching, consulting done for you services, live physical events or workshops, 6, 3 months, 6 month, 12 month group mentoring programs, a premium membership, or even an exclusive mastermind. Now that I've shared with you the six kinds of high ticket products, now I'm going to be revealing to you the 10 secrets to actually making it scalable And I'm going to be giving you my entire thought process on each of these steps. So I would like you to take notes and I would like you to also share the notes if you're listening to this on my blog so that I'm able to understand that you've learned something from this. And let's get started with the first point. The first point is only low ticket versus only high ticket. Both of these don't work. You need to have a combination of both. And I'll explain the logic. If you're only going to be doing a low ticket product, and according to me, a low ticket product is anything less than 10,000 rupees, okay? Whether it's going to be a course or a membership or whatever. And there are some people who are only doing high ticket products. Now if you're only doing high ticket products also there's a problem because you're not going to be looking at building a community or a movement. It's only going to be a client relationship. And I'll come to that in the further points. But the way that I like to define the pricing is anything under 10,000 is low ticket. Anything in, in rupee terms, anything between 10,000 to 50,000 according to me is a mid ticket product. Anything above 50,000 rupees is a high ticket product. 50,000, 1 lakh rupees, 2 lakh rupees, 3 lakh rupees. And anything above 3 lakh rupees is what I would, you know, bucket it under what I call as a ultra high ticket product, like something that is super on the, on the upper side of the game. So in my mind, based on my experience over the last six years in this industry, I believe in having a combination of both because I have the low ticket products that I offer, like my silver membership in the range of between five to ten thousand rupees. And I, I have observed that people who have invested at 7,999 and they become a solo member, they have the financial capacity to afford a diamond membership which is at 2.5 to 3 lakhs. 3 lakhs for 3 years. Okay? And I've observed that if anybody is, if you're going to be charging something less than 5,000 rupees, let's say if you're going to be charging 2,000 rupees or 3,000 rupees, then the ideal price point for that high ticket product, if you want to, if you want to sell to somebody who's paid you less than 5000, it should be in the range of 50,000 to 1 lakh rupees. Okay? So when I started off my journey, in the beginning I was selling at 999 rupees, which is my low ticket product. And then I did not have a high ticket product. I was selling them or upselling them to a 5,000, 10,000 rupee product. And as I gained my experience and as I gained more success stories in my community, more and more people started to get results. Then my confidence increased and I started to increase the price of my diamond membership. And at that point of time, in my first three years, I did not have my Quantum Club membership. It was, you know, I was still thinking about it and I was doing a lot of masterminds with my hall of fame achievers. And many of my hall of fame achievers were asking for what next, what else can we do? And I launched the Quantum Club mastermind around the year 2022 with just a small batch of 25 people who at that point of time I charged them 5 lakhs plus GST to get in. And in one shot, 25 people came into the whole system. And many of them are still my customers and they're renewing at the higher level. Even though we've increased the price, some of them are still renewing at the new price that I've actually included right from this year. So the first point is when you have a combination of a low ticket and a high ticket product, and a low ticket product in the range of 5,000 to 10,000, you'll be able to attract a better caliber or a better quality customer that can afford anything above one lakh rupees. And as, and when you get more and more results for your students, then you can offer something of a ultra high ticket. Not immediately, but down the line. Again, depending on the topic and the experience that you have. Now let's come to the second secret to building a scalable high ticket product. The second secret is Ironman versus Nick Fury. Ironman is like the superhero. He is the flamboyant guy who's the superstar. He wants to do everything himself and he is the leader of whatever he's doing. Okay, now the approach that I've taken is not the Iron man approach. I've taken the Nick Fury approach. Now those who do not know who Nick Fury is, Nick Fury is the guy who puts together the team. He brings Iron man, he brings Captain America, he brings Hulk, he brings everybody together. Thor, all of them come together. So Nick Fury is the, the mastermind behind the Superheroes and he is not the superhero himself.
So if you take the approach of a Nick Fury approach, you will be able to build more scalable high ticket products where you're not trying to be the superstar, but you are empowering the superstars that you're putting together to, to help each other. And that's basically the Mastermind principle. But that has actually taken a lot of load off my back. Like I mentioned before, in my Quantum Club Mastermind, we have a weekly momentum session that is driven forward by some of the best of the best coaches in our country who are helping each other in the top 100 and in the top 100 Quantum Club members. The top 25.
Coaches that I'm working with are currently doing anywhere between 40 to 50 lakhs and above per month. And imagine they are training the, the lower group who are making lower income and they're pulling everybody up to these weekly momentum sessions. So what I'm doing is I'm not trying to be the Iron man of the system, I'm just being the Nick Fury and I'm letting everybody become the superhero. So when you create a product like that where your student is the hero and you are not the hero, the game is going to be a completely different game. Okay? So the second secret to building a scalable high ticket product where they're not coming to you for every small thing is you taking the Nick Fury approach. And of course I'm being more like the mentor, the guide, the facilitator and I provide solutions. I also do on a one to one basis and of course in my diamond membership level also I do weekly audits and hot seats and everything else. And while I'm working with one person, everybody's watching. While I'm giving solution for one person, everybody's getting benefited. So there's a lot of scalable elements over here that does not make my calendar completely full.
The third secret.
Is tactic versus journey. Most of the people that you may be seeing these high ticket ads today, they are all tactic folks. They're all saying my tactic is best. Other tactics are not good and they are very tactic focused and they're not journey focused. Right from day one, right from my low ticket webinar that I'm doing, I'm always selling the journey. I'm not selling the tactic saying that my, my model is my best model. I don't say that, I say there are many models, you have to choose which model works for you. But the key here is to get on this journey and I'm Selling the journey to hitting their first 1 crore. The journey to hitting their first 10 crore in this journey. Okay. And to hit those milestones, they need to improve themselves as a person. They got to improve their skill sets and the tactics will keep changing from time to time. Okay? So I've never really put down any tactic in the market. While many others have done it. I've always encouraged my students to try whatever tactic they can learn, but to stay in the process of them improving themselves and finding out what works for them. So if you want to build a highly scalable high ticket product, stop emphasizing so much on the tactic, rather focus on the development of the student. Now, many of the people who are tactic focused, they looked at what I'm doing right now and many people in the similar space now they're starting to come up with different community models and they're coming up with a vision for their community and everything else. Before, they were only so attached to their tactic that the market started to see through their attachment to their tactic and they were not able to attach themselves to the mentor. And that's a big one. And if you have to attach to a mentor, you got to attach with their vision, with their values and that's where the game is changing right now. So stop selling a tactic, start selling the journey and you'll, you will be able to build a highly scalable high ticket product. The fourth secret to building a highly scalable high ticket product is selling versus recruiting. Most of the people are doing high ticket sales. If you look at all of their ads, they are all with the closer mindset. How can I close this deal? Because it is coming from the western world. Most of the western marketers and many of them have done phenomenally well. I'm not saying that it is the wrong thing to do, but it is not an approach that I would take because for me, I'm not looking at closing a deal. I'm looking at opening up a relationship. So I look at my whole sales process, whether it's my low ticket webinar or my high ticket showcase that I do for my diamond, to get people to my diamond. I'm always putting myself in the shoes of being a recruiter. I want to recruit the right person in my tribe. I don't want to just sell something. Rather I will unsell them and say that please don't buy my product. If you are not serious about this, only if you're committed, only then you take the step. So that approach is where I'm not selling anymore. I'm not using any manipulative hooks or you know, just giving them a better deal or changing the price just to get the money coming into the bank account. This is what most of the high ticket guys are doing today, okay? I am telling them, please don't buy unless you are serious. And I recruit people based on the caliber that they are. In fact, even in my quantum there have been some people who have come into my quantum club. I've observed them for some weeks and some months and I, when I feel that like couple of them, I felt that they did not fit into the culture and I asked them to stop. So I don't want anybody's money just because they have the money. Rather I want the right people to come into the space so that the culture is important. So I'm always looking for the right culture fit and not just to get a sale. And for that I take the recruitment approach. So the fourth secret to building a highly scalable high ticket product where you can get recurring revenues coming in is, is stop selling. Rather start recruiting. Number five, if you want to build a highly scalable high ticket product is change your vocabulary from client to member.
All the high ticket folks always talk in this language of I've got this client. I don't look at anybody in my community as a client. They are not my client. They're a member of my community. See, when you look at a client language, right, a client comes to you for and they're paying you for something where you have to do it for them and once you've done it for them, they will move on. And I know I had many clients in my agency and it's good to have agency clients. You know, if you're running an agency, you typically call them a client, a social media agency or a Facebook marketing agency. But when you look at them as a member of a bigger mission that you're playing. So even if you're an agency and if you say that as a part of our agency, one of our values is to empower, you know, thousands of businesses to grow and to create an impact in the economy. And we would like you to be not just our client, but we'd like you to be a part of this bigger vision as a member of this, you know, of our fraternity of, of business owners. And then if you take that approach, even though you may be an agency, when you have somebody who is paying you money, they will pay you money not just for the service, but to be a part of this bigger vision. And that I'll come to that as the next point is, clients are like.
Like a one night stand, okay? They come to you, they get what they want and they leave. But when they are a member, they're committed, okay? They will make it work no matter what and they will stick with you for a long term. That's how I like to approach the game. So if you want to build a highly scalable high ticket product, go away from the client vocabulary to member vocabulary. Now even if you're an agency, you can use the word client but then treat them as a member of your own tribe where you're on a mission to take them forward. Okay? Number six, if you want to build a highly scalable high ticket product is your high ticket product must not be expert driven, rather it should be community driven. As I mentioned before, Ironman versus Nick Fury. If you're an expert driven person, that means you are the superstar and you want to only be the main guy doing everything yourself, then there's going to be a lot of dependency on you. And of course you can also build a second line team to who will be doing things for you. But the way that I do it is I get the result for my community through the hackathons and whatever I'm doing the low ticket where I really warm up my audience and I really give them the results at a, at a lower price point. And then those who are getting results, I recruit them to become facilitators and many of them, I don't pay them anything. In fact not many of them, all of them, I don't pay anything to my facilitators. They just come back to give back to the community because of the result that they've got. And there's a kind of purity in this because for me there is no overheads in terms of paying them anything. But it is also directly impacting the community growth. So the facilitators are teaching the fellow members on how they can grow. So in other words, the secret to building my diamond membership high ticket product, the weekend implementation masterminds are all driven forward by my 1 crore champions and my quantum members. So when it is community driven it takes a load off my back. I don't need to do any one to ones. My calendars are not full even though I am the expert. But I'm just being more like a facilitator and not trying to be the superstar. I want to create more superstars in the community and that makes it a highly scalable high ticket product. Number seven, babysitting versus self driven action taking.
I've seen many high ticket models where the main coach has to continuously keep babysitting their students for every small thing. In my case, it does not happen that way. In fact, we have more than 4,000 diamond members and even though it's a high ticket product, I don't get stunned by messages or anything like that. Because I've designed a platform called LevelUp which previously used to be called Polestar where people are just self driven. I'm encouraging self driven action taking with the strategies and of course if there are anyone who has any clarification, they want any kind of customized approach to solution that they want, they send me an email and I quickly respond with specific strategies or point them the right direction because I pretty much answered all the questions, all the tactics, all the strategies of the game within my courses. And that is where the element of courses come into play. When I'm designing a course, I make sure that I don't leave any stone unturned and I make sure that the courses are crisp to the point and which is very tried and tested formulas. And now that I've codexified all of my courses and those of you do not know about it, if you're not in my community, jump in on board. Now. Everything is happening at 10x speed as how it used to happen before. Okay, so back to the point is when you are bringing the aspect of self driven action taking with some kind of a control center like how I have LevelUp and those of you are not on tag Bang or level up, just use that for your high ticket program, you will be able to scale. And that's why I said even in the beginning, Even if today 2000 people come into my membership which is a 3 lakhs for 3 years product, I am not going to get burnt out because I've designed the system in such way that is scalable and that gives that impact and growth for every single person who comes in and surrenders to that process. So there's no babysitting in the system. Okay, number eight, the eighth way to build a highly scalable high ticket product is to not have your calendars full. So full calendars versus freedom. Now it is not that my calendar is not having activities, but when I look at many of the high ticket closers and everything else, it's when I even click on the calendar it shows time stamps all the way. You know, it shows time options from 8am till 8pm okay? And most of them don't have any freedom for themselves because many of them are either closing a deal or they are delivering the project and they get totally burnt out. And I know that some of these high ticket guys, they may have lost their sanity at some point of time. While they're preaching the dream right of profitability, they're actually living a nightmare. And many of them, they may not be completely aligned to what they're doing, but they're doing it just because of the money. But I know that when you are able to efficiently build a high ticket product, where it is community driven, where you're taking the Nick Fury approach, where you're recruiting people, where you're looking at others as a member, not as a client, where you are making them take self driven actions and just providing a safe space and environment for them to bloom and grow. When you have a strong code of honor or value system, when you do all of that stuff right, you actually have freedom. You will actually have freedom. And for me, freedom is not about not doing work, it's about doing meaningful work on a daily basis. Like I mentioned, I do around 12 one to ones in a week and each one to one on my calendar is not more than 40 minutes, 40, 45 minutes. And I enjoy doing that because I want to understand and solve problems for my Quantum members. Now for my other members, my down members, it's just one call a week that I do and the weekend sessions are driven forward by a facilitator. So again there's load off my back. And because we have a level up platform and all the people are and we also have launched something called the Universe where Adam members can take services of vetted vendors, they can get stuff done with speed. So the investment that they are making, you know, a 3 lakh rupee product for the three years, they're able to recover that investment at speed if they're committed to the process. So the eighth point is full calendars versus freedom.
Number nine. If you want to build a highly scalable high ticket product, don't be a copycat, be an innovator. Copycats are the ones who are looking at what others are doing and they copy it. They look at their competitors and they copy it. In my case, I don't even look at what people in the similar space are doing. I like to innovate from within. You know, every week I do a Q and A session with my inner circle members, with my Silver, gold and diamond members all combined. Every Monday I do my diamond membership calls. I get a lot of questions that are coming in. I'm just asking people what they want, I'm asking them what are their challenges? And I'm always innovating from within and I'm also learning from my own students. You know, my top 100 quantum members, as I mentioned, the top 25 are doing insane amount of revenues every single month. Even though I've given a base system, many of them are innovating and I'm learning from them and I'm just taking ideas from them. I'm, you know, testing it myself and I'm seeing what will be the best for the community. So a lot of innovation happens from within. So if you want to build a highly scalable high ticket product, stop being a copycat. Rather start being an innovator by listening to your customers on a deeper basis and providing them solutions and systemizing and automating it. And finally, number 10, if you want to build a highly scalable high ticket product, move from one to one selling to one to many selling. One to one selling is great. In the beginning stage, I've done more than 500 plus 1 to ones in my first 18 months now. I've had multiple conversations. Even with people who bought my low ticket product, I've had conversations with them and those conversations have helped me build better systems, helped me create better products. And as I kept building better products, I was able to get results for them. And as I started to get people more results, I started to, you know, crystallize my models. And once the models are crystallized, now the game is all about one to many selling. And it's not that I don't do one to one right now, I still do a lot of one to ones but I don't sell one to one, I sell one to many. And the one to many selling. In fact, in my diamond membership I have two specific courses which is a complete game changer, which is an industry. What do you say? Innovation that I've, you know, done in the last few years is a concept called showcase selling. Within two hours you'll be able to sell high ticket products. Like how I have the webinar selling formula for selling low ticket products. I have a showcase selling formula for selling high ticket products. And many of our top students, they're able to make like 6 lakhs in a day, 10 lakhs in a day, 20 lakhs in a day. Some of them have done 1 crore in one day following my showcase selling model. And of course another one which many of you might have bought products is a boot camp selling model. If you want to do a one day, two day or a three day bootcamp and this is there in my diamond members area right now. Okay, so just to recap, the 10 secrets to building scalable high ticket products are number one the importance of having a combination of low and High Ticket 2. Iron man vs Nick Fury 3. Selling the Tactic vs Selling the Journey 4. Selling vs Recruiting 5. Client vs Member 6. Expert Driven vs Community Driven 7. Babysitting vs Self Driven Action Taking 8. Full Calendars vs Freedom 9.
