Siddharth Rajsekar explains six stages for growing a digital knowledge/coaching business: (1) Launch (finalize niche, design curriculum, set up systems, test market; recommended 3–6 months), (2) Discovery (perfect sales pitch, conduct many 1:1s, build higher-value products ~₹50,000+), (3) Rebuilding (enhance products, launch super-high-ticket offers ~₹100,000, improve ads/profitability, document success stories), (4) Scaling (ramp ad spend, automate sales, delegate/outsource; typically year 3), (5) Brand building (write a book, media/features, partnerships, create recurring high-ticket cohorts), and (6) Freedom (full delegation, automated sales, focus on top clients and expansion). He grounds guidance in his personal four-year journey, community case studies, and specific product/offering examples and CTAs for his memberships and tools.

To really grow a digital coaching business to a point that you have more freedom requires the right strategy. In this podcast, I'm going to walk you through the six different stages that you need to go through to really become successful. The first stage is called the launch stage. Then you have the discovery stage, then you have the rebuilding stage, then the scaling stage, then the brand building stage, and finally the stage of freedom. So if you have to go through these stages, you need to really evolve as a person and you got to pick up some new skills. So in this podcast, I'm going to walk you through all of those steps. Hi, my name is Dart Rajekar. I'm the founder of the Internet Lifestyle Hub and the creator of the Freedom Business podcast where I'm on a mission to help a million people build a super successful business without any office or employees by creating a new breed of teachers. A new breed of teachers and leaders. In this particular podcast, I'll be walking you through the six stages that I went through to build what I have built so far. Wish you all the best and let's get in.
So entrepreneurship is a journey which is not a bed of roses. There's going to be lots of ups and downs, but the best part is when you have the right mentors, when you have seen people who've already been successful. All you have to do is walk that path without trying to reinvent the wheel too much and of course, give it your own twist and give it your own flavor as you go through the entire journey in the process. And that's how I've been able to build my business from scratch to a multimillion dollar level by just following and modeling the mentors who have walked before me and who have showed me the way. So what I'm going to share with you is what I have implemented and what I've applied into such a way that it's working like, amazingly well for many of my students. Many of my students have crossed over a crore in revenues right now. I've documented more than 60 of them who have crossed a crore in revenues. 3, 4 of them have crossed over 10 crores in revenues in the knowledge business. So what you're hearing from in this particular podcast is not some theory. It is actually stuff that I'm, that I'm living and breathing and that's working for many others. So if you're not a part of my community, in my show notes, there are some links. You can go and join my next webinar. You can even go to SIDS Co Live and register for my next webinar. And if you're a part of my community, take notes and share them below. If you'd like to win a signed copy of my book, you can coach in my next inner circle, Mastermind. So let's first understand the first stage, which is the launch stage. The launch stage is usually the hardest stage. And most people they gave, I mean, they don't really complete the stage. They don't even go to the next step. When I say most people, at least 70 to 80%, they don't even complete this. So this is where you need to finalize your niche. You got to design your curriculum, you got to set up your systems, you got to test, market and get your initial amount of sales. You know, people buying your products and you're able to validate it. And what are you going to be selling? You can sell courses, coaching, consulting, you can sell memberships. And in my case, I tell my students to sell a membership and inside a membership you have the five Cs. You got to sell courses, coaching, consulting, community access, a certification and a challenge. So all of this, when you combine this, it becomes an offer that's really valuable for people to invest and start with selling low ticket products. And I say low ticket is anywhere from $100 to $500 in that range. So anywhere from 5,000 rupees to 10, 20,000 rupees in that price point is the launch phase. And how long should the launch phase be? Give yourself three months to six months in this particular phase to finalize your niche design curriculum, set up systems, test, market and get those sales. The next phase is what I call as a discovery phase. This is the phase where you need to really perfect the sales pitch. Because when you know that something is really working, when you know there's a market responsiveness, and when you know that people really, they want what you're offering, which you'll get to know in the first three to four, three to six months. This is the time you gotta like really get into the sales pitch and perfect it and conduct a lot more one to ones. So when people used to buy my basic course in the initial days in 2018, I used to do a free one to one with anyone who bought my course and I would give them clarity. And I've done more than 501 to ones in my first 18 months of the journey. Lot of work. Okay. And this discovery phase stage two is the phase where you go to research and start building higher value products. And I'm talking about products in the range of 50,000 rupees and above, you know, like a mastermind or something like that. So this stage one and stage two, the ideal timeline is within the first one year. This will help you get the depth of knowledge and the research of what you're teaching to your target market. Now, if you're already somebody who's been in the industry for a long time and you're known in the topic and you know your niche and you've have enough of models and success stories, you can probably cut short this from a year to maybe three to six months. But these are the first two stages. The third stage is the stage of, or what I call as a rebuilding stage. I remember in the 18th month of my business, I started to enhance all the products. I launched another super high ticket product which is in the range of, you know, in the range of, say, one lakh rupees. I started to improve my ads, I started to improve my profitability in the business, and I started to document the success stories. So these are the five important elements in stage three. Enhancing products, launching a soup, super high ticket product in the range of 1 lakh, improving ads, improving profitability, and documenting all of your success stories. This is the point where I started to document hall of fame interviews and stuff. Because in the first one or two, first one year, I was still trying to figure things out. I had some courses, but I was still trying to figure out, okay, what is the market responsiveness, what do they really want? What is the actual challenge? And then I started to create courses according to that. So I did not have time to document success stories, even though there were many success stories. Okay, then we move to stage four. Now the rebuilding stage will probably take the entire second year and you can keep improving it from there. The third year is when you'll be moving into the scale where you ramp up your ad spends, where you start spending, you know, 50,000 rupees, 60,000 rupees per day on your ad spends because, you know, things are already working on the front end of the funnel. And then you automate. This is the stage where you automate your sales. You know, in the last one year, I've not done a single live webinar. People think it's live, but it's not live. And I'm able to really create this automated sales passive income. And that will come later, only after two years of testing. So do not prematurely try to get into automation until you have really cracked the formula and built successful models that people can emulate. And this is the Time you need to start delegating and outsourcing your tasks, like delegating your core processes in the communication, outsourcing, design outsourcing, website management, outsourcing, you know, anything else that's not taking, that's taking up a lot of your time, that's not in your main area of impact. Start to outsource it so that you can focus on the bigger vision. Then we move into stage number five is what I call as the brand building stage. Now this is the stage where I was in year number four, I mean year number three when I launched my book, you can coach. If you've not bought my book, please go pick it up. You can go to youkancoach.com or just search on Amazon for your can Coach by Sidharth Rajshekhar. You'll find it. And this is like the textbook for the digital coaching industry right now if you actually think about it. Because I share all my successful, proven, tried and tested models over the last three years and I condensed all of that into a book. And I'm telling all of you here to strategically write a book in year number three or year number four because you would have enough of case studies, proof of concepts and you'll have a large enough community to make the book a bestseller the day that you launch. In fact, when I launched my book, I hit the best seller on Amazon on the day that I launched and I showed that to everybody because of the community that I already had. So that's the brand building stage is where you launch a book. And once you launch a book, that's when you get on mainstream media. So I've got a lot of my articles on Forbes, on Entrepreneur, on your story and many other places. I've actually gotten featured on many mainstream channels and I waited to get featured only after I launched the book. And this is the stage I started to, you know, form alliances and partnerships and I started to build high ticket, super high ticket recurring income streams. I also launched a quantum mastermind where people, they invest 10 lakh rupees a year for them to have a closer proximity with me and strategies with me. And we formed, we have like four different groups. In each group there are 25 members. So 100 people in a year that I'm able to handhold at this particular level. So this is the brand building stage. And finally stage number six is what I call as a freedom stage. So the freedom stage is where your daily processes are all delegated, all your tasks are outsourced, your sales are fully automated, your Community building is also facilitated where you have facilitators that are building the community and you're only focusing all of your time on expansion and growth and scaling it up to the next level and nurturing your super high ticket people, the people who are really who are paying big ticket to be with you, you're spending more time only with them and you've automated everything else in the front end of the funnel. These are the stages of growth in a knowledge business if you really want to build something super valuable. So many people look at my success right now and think that it's happened overnight, but it has taken me a good four year journey. As I'm recording this podcast, I'm completing four years. I went through the stage of launch, worked really hard, went through the stage of discovery and started to understand my market on a deeper level, went through the stage of rebuilding and launched amazing products and I continued to rebuild. Even right now, by the way, it does not mean that freedom means you stop working. I'm always improving the system. Stage four, I started to scale. I remember year number two and a half. Year two to year three was like just stepped on the ads and ramped up the sales and you know, went into automation mode, delegated, outsourced stuff. And then I launched my book last year, you can coach. I started to build my brand, form alliances, partnership, got the blue tick on Instagram, got the blue tink on Facebook, got my YouTube profile, also verified over a hundred thousand subscribers, got the silver play button. And then finally stage number six is right now I'm in stage six. I would not call it freedom. Yes, I do have the freedom, but I choose to work and I choose to really because my mission is to really serve my community and do more. So I've automated a lot of systems, daily processes are outsourced and I'm really focusing on community building and right now I'm building a product. So if you're not a part of my diamond membership, I would highly recommend that you come to my diamond membership because I built a brand new platform and a product called the Polestar. There's no other software or tool you'll find in the market that is doing things specifically for the digital coaching industry. Right from habits to achieving milestones to giving customized cues for our members to really move forward to. To also have a gamification. We have a gamification engine where all the members are all they're allocated to different teams and they are participating with each other and they're competing with each other and they're participating their own groups and they're competing based on the different points that will be visible on the dashboards. This is something that's fully custom built for our community and only for the diamond members. So if you're not a part of our diamond membership, please go to sidzsids co diamond and check it out. Because that is the ultimate journey to get on if you're a knowledge giver or a trainer or a coach. And what I believe in is that a lot of people get into this industry with a lot of excitement and they fizzle out. And the only way to sustain and grow is when you're able to surround yourself in the right environment. So I believe that your environment is stronger than your willpower. And if you have to succeed and grow, you got to surround yourself with action takers. And that's why being a part of a Diamond level mastermind is going to be the best decision that you can make, especially if you're a Silver or Gold member. And if you're already in the D membership, attend the calls, make the best use of the entire process that has been set up for you and the gamification system. So that being said, I hope this has given you clarity on the five stages, on the six stages on how to really be successful in knowledge business and I'm looking forward to sharing more information like this in my future podcasts and episodes. Wish you all the best. And once again, a reminder, please go to Apple and Spotify and subscribe to this podcast, the Freedom Business Podcast, so that you get notified on my future episodes. All the best. Cheers and God bless.
