Hey there, Sidharth Rajak here. Once again, thank you so much for tuning into this episode and this is a very interesting topic because a lot of people want to build their visibility and their influence on social media, but they do not know how to approach it strategically. They just go out there starting to post stuff randomly without really getting any kind of results. So I've been able to build my reach quite constantly online. Over 100,000 subscribers on YouTube. It's Instagram, not big influence, maybe 70, 80,000 followers, but I'm not so active over there. But for me the quality of the audience is more important, the quantity or the volume of the audience. I've been able to build a multimillion dollar business with a smaller subscriber base on YouTube and other platforms as compared to many other bigger influencers. I've been able to build a business from the comfort of my home without any officer employees by just adding value and focusing on what really matters. So I want you to keep in mind that this podcast is about how you can build your influence organically. Not by playing the fame game, but by playing the game of adding value. Okay. There's one category of influencers where their only focus is to just keep rolling out content just for more likes and more followers. This is not the podcast for you. This is more on how you really approach it in a different way. Even if it's going to take you a longer time. Like farming, you plant the seeds, you, you nurture it, you allow it to grow and once it starts to harvest once it starts to grow, Once the plant starts to grow, it'll grow very, very fast. So it's a longer term approach and it's a very powerful strategy. So take notes. First step is if you want to build your influence organically, you got to make a list of top hundred questions that your target market would ask, in other words, the pain points that they are actually going through. So if I'm in the, in my case, if I'm in the digital coaching space, the top 10 themes around which people would normally ask questions are like niche selection or curriculum design, webinar selling, business automation. There could be also topics like how do you do business budgeting for digital business? So I have 10 different themes and under each of those themes I have generated 10 questions. Okay, so when you have top 10 themes or subtopics under your main topic and when you are able to generate 10 questions under each of the themes, the questions that your target market would actually ask. Now that is the first step or the starting point of your organic influence building journey. Okay, now the second step is you got to create a content domination strategy incorporating the top social media channels. Okay? So if you look at the top social media channels, especially for a knowledge business, I'm not talking about, you know, for a typical influencer who's playing the fame game and, you know, just wants more likes and followers. No, if you want to build your influence as an educator, not just as an Entertainer, your top two platforms must be YouTube and podcast. And to add to that, you can add textual posts that can go on Facebook and LinkedIn as a priority and output Instagram as the last priority. Okay, now if you look at the typical influencers, Instagram would be the number one priority. So the priority is YouTube, podcast text posts on Facebook and LinkedIn and Instagram at the end. And Instagram is only going to be a feeder for your long form content. So YouTube and podcasts will be long form content where you're going to be posting at least 10 minute videos, ideally to have two videos per week on YouTube, two podcasts per week, and three textual posts. So when you have two YouTube, two podcasts and three text posts, we're looking at seven posts per week. Okay? And these three, these three textual posts can go on Facebook and LinkedIn and then Instagram can be used as a feeder. So on an Instagram story, when people click on the link, you can bring them back to YouTube, bring them back to the podcast, or even bring them back to the textual post, okay. So that you can get more Momentum and reach on that. So this is a very simplistic content domination strategy to get people in. The third step is you got to create a publishing frequency and set this into your schedule. For example, if it's Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, there are seven days in the week. What you can do is decide, okay, I'm going to do podcast on Monday and Thursday. Okay, I'm going to do a YouTube video on Tuesday and Saturday. I'm going to do a textual post on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. And you set the time. Podcast 8:00pm Video 9:00pm Text post, 11:00am okay, you said this. So it'll be like Monday podcast, Tuesday video, Wednesday text, Thursday podcast, Friday text, Saturday video, Sunday text. So like this, once you set this publishing frequency into the schedule, you don't have to think too much. You have set the system and you just need to apply the system for the next 90 days to 180 days. That's how you build your influence organically through consistency. It is not through just a burst of ideas. Okay, now step four is you need to monitor the trending topics. Now, even though you may have your set of hundred questions before you create any kind of, you know, piece of content, you got to go look into what is happening online or what are the. What are people actually searching. So to monitor trends, there is a tool called BuzzSumo B U Z Z S u M o. You can also check out Google Trends, which is also a very cool tool. It's a free tool which people can access. And there's also a tool called Keyhole, Keyhole K e y H o L e co where you can track all the trending topics that are happening and that'll give you some insights. Okay, BuzzSumo is a recommended tool and it's really good. It's a paid tool. Of course, you have a few free searches. You can set up a trial account and you can do for 30 days. You can experience a lot of stuff. Okay, what I like about buzzsumo is you type in any topic over there and you'll be able to see which are the top trending articles or influencers or podcasts around that particular topic. And that will give you some ideas whether you really need to focus on the topic or not. Because if something is trending, it's might as well. It's better to write the trend and do more of that because people are actively engaging on that. So step number four is monitor trends and monitor the different topics using these tools. Finally, step number five is you need to get into Action mode like create, publish and analyze consistently. Okay, so for me, like I'm on a 90 day podcasting journey right now and I've just launched this podcast. I think I'm in day number 40 or something like that. And I'm gonna go right through the 90 days and it's been a phenomenal journey because every day I sit, I think about a new topic idea and I know how much of value add this is happening. I'm adding to my own community through this podcast. So for me, I spend some time in, you know, creating this content and then I publish it and then I analyze, I go and look at the numbers. I mean, just in the last 30 days I think I've crossed over 15,000 downloads across all my podcasts, but which is phenomenal compared to what it was before when I'm just doing regular podcasts. Maybe one or two in a week. Okay, so I'm on a full fledged publishing spree right now on my podcast and there are a few tools I would like to share with you when it comes to publishing. The one tool that I would recommend where you can integrate all your social media channels to post and publish consistently is a tool called Publer P U B L e r p blur.com you can even go to Sidzsys.co publer if you'd like to use my affiliate link. Check it out. There's another tool called Buffer. Just search for Buffer. Social media. That's another tool, very famous and old tool called Hootsuite. There's a tool called Later.com L A T E R.com and I think these are the top four tools that I would recommend for any kind of, you know, scheduling and publishing into the system. Okay, so what you can do is you can allocate a few days of the week just to create the content and the rest of the days you can just schedule it into the system. And this is what I used to do before when I was writing a lot of textual posts. I would like write like seven, eight days of textual content, load it into Publer and then just let it, let it roll it out at its own time. So I'm not really bothered so much about creating and posting on that particular day. And what I do is at the end of the day, like while the posts are happening, I spend some time, maybe 20, 30 minutes a day, just engaging on those posts and engaging on people who are commenting below my posts and stuff like that. So there's a lot more that I cover inside my curriculum in my community I have a dedicated course called Lead Gen Challenge and I recommend that for all my community members as well as you know, if you're not a part of my community, become a part of my community where I will teach you how you can take this idea and like put it on steroids. Like how you can really take it to the next level in terms of engaging with people and generating anywhere between 300 to a thousand leads within 30 days without spending a single rupee on ads just through emotionally connecting with people using my emotional connection formula that I teach inside that course. Okay, so in other words, here are the five steps on how to build your influence organically. Number one is make a list of hundred questions that will be derived out of the top 10 themes. Step two is create a content domination strategy where the priorities on YouTube and podcast two per week two per week three textual posts per week on Facebook and LinkedIn and Instagram is going to be the feeder for all of this. Step three is craft a publishing frequency and put that into a calendar. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Step number four is monitor the trending topics before you record any piece of content using BuzzSumo, Google Trends and Keyhole Co and finally create and publish and analyze all of your activity on Publer, Buffer, hootsuite and later dot com. You can pick any one of these tools. I prefer Publer, it's very easy and it also suggests the best time to post on a specific platform based on when the audience is highly engaged and as you're doing this, you know. Also you need to emotionally connect and engage with people which I would actually be teaching on a deeper level inside my course.
