Welcome to the podcast that's about to change how you think about your digital presence. I'm Siddharth Rajshekhar and today we're going to be diving deep into how to create digital omnipresence and turn your micro niche into movement. Imagine being the name that gets brought up at dinner tables not because you're flashy, but because your message has become impossible to ignore. In this episode, I'm going to break down the philosophy, the content strategies, and the community building hacks that will help you dominate your space. So if you're ready to be everywhere your audience is, let's get started.
Hey there, Sidh here. Welcome to yet another episode of the Freedom Business podcast. And if you've not subscribed to me on Apple or Spotify, please do that immediately so that you get future episodes. So let's talk about what is digital omnipresence and why is it important? See, I started this game more than 10 years ago and it's all of the seeds that I've planted in the digital space over the many years. That is what is fructifying right now. And that's what is a fruition of the way I've built a community of more than 30,000 people and of course, train more than 600,000 people through webinars and workshops over the years. So it's not just about generating income and revenues from your knowledge, but it's also to be having a space in every person's home of the lives that you have touched. So the principle on why is it important to create digital omnipresence is so that you can be a person who others will talk about at their dinner tables, at home conversations. And I know that's happening in my case, many of my, you know, members of my community, I. A lot of them talk about me in their families, their spouses know about me, their kids know about me, and, and that's con. That's how I've consciously built my brand.
Now, there are three elements to this. I want you to take notes and I would like you to share your notes below. Because if in order to build a digital omnipresence where you're not only there digitally, but also in the physical world where you are being talked about. The first step is you need to have a powerful core philosophy. Okay, that's the first step. Now, what do I mean by a powerful core philosophy is something which really connects with your audience on your reason why and your backstory and why you are doing whatever you're doing, whatever you're teaching, especially if you're a coach. Yeah. You say, I want to help more people and all that stuff, that's great. But when you're able to get a little bit more deeper into the reason why, like in my case, the reason why I do it is because I want to carry forward the legacy of my grandfather, who gave me a message when I was 8 years old, which was, never let schooling interfere with your education. Some of you might have heard that story when I share in my webinars. And that is so true to me. And it's also like a pattern and theme of my life based on all my life experiences, that that core philosophy became a driving factor for so many thousands of others who could relate with that, because many others also have that similar kind of backstory where they were made to do things or they had some kind of principles. They were able to connect with one of their father figures or their grandfather, their grandmother, or someone who's been an inspirational figure in their family. And when I share my story, people are able to relate to that story. But it's not just a story. There's also a core philosophy embedded within that. And because of that, my core philosophy is directly powering up my micro niche congruence. So I'm teaching people how to become coaches and trainers. Now, when that backstory has is powering my current niche, or the micro niche of helping experts go online and taking on the enemy as education system, which is outdated, that really builds that a conversation for people to talk about. And then connected to core philosophy, there are also, we have the third element. So the first element is the reason why and your backstory. The second element is your micro niche congruence. And the third element under core philosophy is your code of honor, your values and your principles on which you operate. And there's never a webinar where I don't talk about this. In fact, in my webinar also, the first thing I start off with is, you know, what are my top three values? Which is freedom, family, and service. And I also tell people, if you don't, don't resonate with my values, you can go to other mentors and learn. And what that does is it really pulls the right people into the ecosystem. So the first step to creating a digital omnipresence is to contemplate and go deep into developing a core philosophy where your reason why and your backstory is connected to your micro niche. And that is also connected to your values, your codes, and your principles by which you live your life. This is like the, the core. No, if earth. If you look at the crust of the earth, the core of the earth is going to be this core philosophy. And what comes after that, the next layer is your content creation piece. Okay? So if you want to develop a powerful digital omnipresence and turn that into a, your micro niche, into a movement, your content should communicate your core philosophy in one way or the other. And every piece of content, directly and indirectly. Now, of course, content creation, there are four types of media. You have text, video, audio and image. Now, what I'm doing right now, as my strategy is as far as text is concerned, I'm writing one article every day on Substack. Okay? Now those of you who are not subscribed to me on my Bulb on newsletter, you can go to S I D Z Sids co Bulbon, B U L B O N. Or just go to Substack and search for Siddharth Rajshekhar. You'll find this Bulbon newsletter. So the purpose of me writing every day is to really build that digital omnipresence by connecting with my audience on a daily basis where I'm able to communicate my values, my principles, and of course make it very entertaining and fun. Besides that, I also share textual content on LinkedIn and Twitter sometimes, but I'm not so active in those platforms. I've always believed in long form content right from the beginning. So I'd rather have fewer people consume a longer piece of content than many people consuming, you know, a short piece of content. Because for me, the the purpose of my omnipresence is not fame seeking, rather it is freedom seeking and I want to attract the right people into my community. So my thought process behind content creation is I'm always preferring long form over short form. But having said that, I'm also in the short form game. So when it comes to video, I do reels. Now if you go to my Instagram feed and look at all of my recent reels, it's very, very catered towards a younger generation, younger audience because I want to really, you know, cater to that 20 to 30 generation on Instagram. And of course I'm also appealing to the older generation. But I'm sharing stuff on Instagram which is short to the point, which is solving problems and gives people quick solutions. So posting 1 minute, 90 second stuff on Instagram reels and stories is another way to build your digital omni presence. And also posting stuff on YouTube on a weekly basis and the ideal length of a video that you need to post on YouTube should be between 15 minutes to 30 minutes in duration. Again, long form content. So sometimes I do short form content and lead them to long form content. And also whatever articles I write on my substack, my Bulborn newsletter, I take a screenshot of that in the headline, I posted it as an Instagram story. And I do a lot of inter platform repurposing for me to build that digital omnipresence. The third kind of media is audio. And by me doing these weekly podcasts and getting all of you to listen to my podcast on my blog and where you're going to be sharing the comments below is also a strategy for me to build digital omni presence where I'll not only be in video format, but I'm also going to be distributing this podcast across different platforms like Spotify, Apple and many other podcast distribution networks that are there. So each platform has its own kind of audience. And the reason I'm doing multi platform like this is so that I can get more people to consume this information and get value from this information from different other platforms. And the fourth media type is image where I do thumbnails and banners and especially for YouTube, thumbnails. So that will be across all the different platforms. So to create additional omnipresence, the second step is to get good at content creation and create a routine around content creation. I'll come towards the end on how do we connect the dots on that. Finally, the third step of building a digital omnipresence is building a vibrant learning community. And just to recap, the first step is having a core philosophy. The second step is creating content. And the third step is community building. And for me, I like to build communities by onboarding them through webinars. That's the first element under this, I really don't consider followers on Instagram or subscribers on YouTube as community. A community is someone who really is inside your paywall or inside your paid, you know, ecosystem. Now you could have a warmed up community of even a low ticket item. For example, I have a bronze membership which is called the Fast Start Bundle, where people are paying 499 and coming on board. I would still consider them as a part of the community because they have done some kind of a transaction to come inside. And once you're able to build a community like that, then the second element under community building is having a community brand identity. Just like how you have your own personal core philosophy. Your community should have an identity of its own and it should have a brand identity of its own. For example, my community Internet lifestyle hub.com is is based on the principle of bringing about a revival in our education system by creating a new breed of teachers and coaches and to revive that spirit of Nalanda University. So Nalanda had 2,000 teachers, 10,000 students. Right now in our community we have 30,000 teachers and we have many lakhs and crores of students who are learning through our teachers. So my brand identity of this community is around bringing back that spirit of Nalanda and creating more teachers and leaders for the digital age. So when you are going about this digital omnipresence and if you want to be spoken about in dinner tables, you have to build a philosophy around your community brand also, not just your personal brand. And of course your personal brand, community brand needs to be interconnected. And for that I normally share the template for that. You know, the template is what's the problem? I say the problem is our education system is broken. Then what is the.
The vision? The vision is to. So what's the mission? The mission is to help, you know, at least a million people become digital coaches and to build the world's largest society of digital leaders. And then what's the vision now? So the vision is if every, every one of us do our part, we'll be able to redefine the way people think, the way people live, and you'll be able to transform society together. So that's how I built my community brand identity. And the third element of community building is turning your customers into evangelists. So evangelists is a term used mainly in the, you know, for Christian preachers who would go and, you know, spread the gospel of God and stuff like that. But ultimately is if you can get your existing community members to promote you.
And get them to be the holding the flag of the vision of the community brand based on your core philosophy and based on all the content that you create, you're going to be leveraging other people to build your digital omni presence. Now how do you do that? This can only be done by giving them a great customer experience where they feel that for every rupee they have invested with you, they have got more than 10x or even 100x the value and most important, where you have got them some result. Yeah. If you're giving your customers results, that's it. They're going to be your evangelist, they're going to start promoting you and that's how you create a digital omnipresence. So I want to Share with you 6 principles to close this podcast. As a closing note, but before that, let me Recap. The first step is you got to build a core philosophy. Second step is you got to create content. The third step is you got to build a community through by onboarding them through webinars and preparing your community brand identity and turning your customers into evangelists. Okay, but the principle here to go dislomni presence is be everywhere your audience is. You can start with one or two platforms, but go everywhere. Two is share value driven content regularly. Okay. And you've been seeing me do this, especially if you're in my community every week, every day. There's something that I'm churning three Consistency beats perfection. I'm not perfect. In many podcasts, even this podcast, there's a lot of mumbling and fumbling and stuff happening, but I'm not really thinking too much about it, I'm just rolling it out. Okay, Number four, Engage. Don't broadcast. If you go and see on all my platforms, especially my blog articles and on Substack I'm always engaging with the people who are liking and commenting below my posts, even on Instagram. Number five, repurpose like a pro. What I do is if I create a blog, I push on my WhatsApp status, I push it on telegram, I push it on Instagram stories. If there's an Instagram reel, I share that reel link on my telegram and I also push it on Facebook and sometimes I also give my YouTube links on my LinkedIn profile. I'm always repurposing across platforms to get traffic from one to the other and to keep cross pollinating my audiences. And finally number six, systemize and delegate. In the beginning you may have to do a lot yourself, but once you systemize it, like for example, I have one content manager from my team who only does all the replying back on comments, on replying to messages and on all social media platforms, I don't put my head into that. But I created a system around it and I've delegated it so that I can focus on what I do best, which is creation. And of course there are couple of platforms like my substack Bulborne blog where I like to engage on the comments myself. So with that being said, I hope I've been able to give you clarity on how to create digital omnipresence and turn your micro niche into a movement. If you're already a part of my community, just upgrade yourself to diamond because that's where the game is, where you'll see in action what's going to be happening. And if you're not in my community you can go to sidsidsids co Live, attend my next webinar and I'll be more than happy to help you get started on this journey. Now, the Internet lifestyle hub I said started in 2018 today. Today we have more than 30,000 members and we are literally redefining the digital ecosystem for coaches. All the best and catch you in the next episode.
