Today, there's a lot of hype about funnels. And you know what, a lot of people, they think that funnels is just setting up systems and launching it in a weekend and stuff. But there's something more than this. I'm going to be decoding the body and soul of a profitable funnel. I've been building funnels for over 10 years. I still remember the first funnel that I built to fill a large room of over 1,000 people was a funnel for Jack Canfield. And we also built a funnel for Robert Kiyosaki. And then later on, we built funnels where we're spending up to 10,000 pounds per day for a Tony Robbins funnel to fill the. Unleash the power with an event that used to be happening in London back In the year 2014, 15, 16, three consecutive years, we did that. So I have some experience on funnels and I have some data to prove to all of you that it is not just about the technology and tools and whatever comes with it. Today there's a lot of hype in the market where. Where you just come launch a funnel in the weekend and, you know, just do something really quick, and everybody's looking for a quick fix, right? And what happens is people who go through that journey, they start with so much of expectation that usually what ends up happening is that if the soul is missing, they fall flat. And the purpose of this podcast is to bring about an awareness in the market and to bring an awareness in our coaching community that you have to also analyze the soul of your funnel before you get into the body of the funnel. Most people are only talking about the body of the funnel, the externals of the whole game. The internal game is what creates profitability and sustainability. The external game is what will help you launch super fast using AI and technology tools. All of that is the easy part. So what I would like you to do is take a lot of notes. First part of this podcast I'm going to be sharing with you on what are the six elements which should be falling under the soul of a funnel, which is the most important part? And then I'll talk to you about the seven elements of the body of the funnel. And that's the easy part, which anybody can actually launch in a weekend, in a one week, and probably within a month's time. Okay, now, what is a funnel? Those of you are not very sure. A funnel is nothing but a series of steps that can help you attract customers. Funnels are like filters. For example, the first stage of the funnel is where everybody gets to know about you. The second stage is they give their lead and their information to you. So they are interested and those are interested. They engage with you in some way or form, whether it's a workshop or a webinar, but where they convert into a customer, which is the third step of the funnel. And then once they become a customer, how do you get them to continue the journey with you down the line for any kind of a high ticket product or if those customers are going to be referring more customers to you, that will be the fourth stage of the funnel. So the first stage is awareness. Then they engage, they buy, and then they become repeat customers or they become high value customers where your lifetime value of your customer is really super high. So having said that, let's talk about the soul of the funnel. Most people who fall flat is because they don't understand the reason why they are doing what they're doing. Like for me, my funnel has been working for the last five years without touching it is because my reason why is very clear. I want to redefine our education employment system by creating a new breed of teachers. Because my backstory is congruent with what I'm whatever I'm actually teaching. Okay? I've not just picked a topic because the trending topic, the reason why I'm helping others become a digital coach, because I'm a college dropout, I don't have a degree next to my name. So my reason why is so strong that I can't do anything else in my life. You know, it has to be around education. And probably the only other thing that I will do after this is to empower the next generation, you know, to really create more teen entrepreneurs. But it's all about digital entrepreneurship and to create a new breed of teachers and leaders which is in alignment with what my mentor, Blair Singer, his vision is. So the soul of your funnel has to be congruent with your backstory and your reason why. Which leads me to the second factor. Intention. Intention is everything. It doesn't matter how talented you are, it does not matter how, how many tactics that you can teach, but why you're teaching. That matters because the quality of your route will determine the quality of your fruit. If your intention is only to extract from the market and just make a quick buck, you will make that quick buck. But over time you won't, you won't have sustainability, you will fall flat later because the quality of your root is, you know, quick extraction from the market. So the fruit will also be the same way. People will Come, they'll buy from you, and then they will leave you very fast. Okay? So the profitability and sustainability of a funnel has a lot to do with your intentions, your core intentions. Number three, the way that you teach is more important than what you teach in your funnel. So the third aspect is the delivery style matters a lot. You know, you could be very good in your marketing and do all of your gimmicky stuff, but once they come into your world and if they see that the way that you deliver information is kind of now, you know, it's not really aligned, then they're going to move to another place. You may be good at sales, but you won't be able to sustain it. People will not stick around with you if the way you teach is not. Is not on point. Which leads me to the fourth point. The soul of a funnel is more than the way you teach. It is who you are as a person. And what is your personal value system? Now, intent is one thing, but what are your core beliefs?
What do you stand for? Like, in our community, our core beliefs are freedom, growth, clarity, efficiency, contribution, and speed. You know, we have all of these different aspects that are the core values of the community. But my personal core values are what? Family, freedom, and service. Now, my. My entire Persona and state of being in my funnel is the. The flavor of my Persona is. Can be felt in every aspect of my funnel, whether it's my content on YouTube or my ads, or it's my landing page or it's my webinar. And people come into my community. People, every single person can feel my value system, which is family, of course, the spirituality. There's service and there's contribution. Okay? So if your value system is not intact, you know, you'll start to stink after a while. Okay, you may sell some tactics, but after some time, people will not vibe with you. Or in other words, even your vibe will attract your tribe. If you're somebody who's like a quick buck kind of a person, you'll attract similar kind of people, and they'll not stick around with you for a long time. You'll make good money, that's fine. But then there won't be any sustainability in the funnel, okay? And you won't have raving fans or loyal fans. And you can't buy that using ads. You can't buy trust. You have to earn it by having a strong value system. And the fifth, sorry, the sixth aspect of the soul of a funnel is your customer experience. That means from the moment they transact with you, how do they feel just like when you buy an Apple product right from the first moment? I mean, the customer experience is super high. Even Amazon, if you look at Amazon, the reason why it's the number one company in the world, one of the top companies in the world, is because the number one priority for them is customer experience. And I've been hugely inspired by both Steve Jobs and Jeff Bezos. And even in my curriculum design formula inside my silver membership, I actually decode their mindset. Before we even create a product, we need to think about that. And I would say that that is my superpower compared to many other people doing similar things in the online space, in the coaching world, in the consulting world, in the high ticket world. Right now. I think what makes me different from others is because I'm very, very focused on creating a great product. Most other systems over there, I'm sorry to say, they're only focused on the tactics and the marketing side of the game. Not many people are focused on how do you build depth in product. And usually building depth in product takes time. It is not a quick thing that happened. It may take six months or nine months to build something really solid. And that's what I'm propagating right from day number one. First is work on yourself and then work on a really good product. And the marketing is the easy part.
So your reason why, your intention, your delivery style, who you are, your value system.
The content that you actually create, actually that's number five. Okay? Your content and the value that you're able to create and the breakthrough that you're able to create is number five. And number six is the customer experience. These are the six factors which determine the profitability and sustainability of a funnel. At a soul level. This is the soul of your funnel. Now we'll come to the body of the funnel, which is the easy part. Now the body of your funnel are what it is. Number one is the funnel entry, meaning are you doing a webinar, free webinar, or a paid webinar or a workshop or a one to one base or a VSL video sales letter. All of that is the easy part. You can choose depending on your topic in your niche. And I'm not really saying that one is better than the other. Everything works. You just need to pick the one that works for you. Okay? And the reason why I recommend webinars for others is for that they get the hang of, you know, delivery. They're able to understand their audience better, they're able to deliver free value first and earn the Right before they start to go into paid workshops and paid webinars. The second aspect of the body of the funnel is the hook of the funnel. How attractive it is the attractiveness of the funnel. The third aspect of the body is the freshness of your funnel, meaning you may be teaching the same old topic, but if you're able to package it in a new fresh wave, which makes it curious for people to know more about it, and that also makes the funnel more attractive and will start to work. The fourth aspect of your funnel is a design aesthetics of the funnel. You know, the fonts that you use, the colors that you use, is it matching with the topic that you're teaching? And all of these come under the aesthetics number four. Number five is the branding, overall look and feel, overall flavor of your entire funnel. This is beyond just the colors and fonts and logos. It's the brand positioning, the brand messaging, the brand emotion. All of this would come under number five. Number six are the technology and systems part. Whether you're using Click Funnels or using Tag Mango or you're using, you know, Swipe Pages, all of that is the easy part. There are so many tools and systems out there that's easy. And most people get caught in this whole loop of which tool is the best tool. Honestly, according to me, any tool works. Pick whichever one works for you. The whole thing is not about the tool. It's about the soul of the funnel and what problem that you're going to be solving. So you can pick up any tool that is there. Yeah. And then finally we have the seventh aspect of your funnel are your ads, the video ads, the ad copy, and multiple other things that are connected with that. So I hope I've been able to decode the body and soul of the funnel. The body of the funnel are your funnel entry, the hook, the freshness, the design, the branding, the systems, as well as the ads. When you couple this with really powering up your inner core or your soul, you're going to be moving to the next level in your game. So what I'd like you to do is share your notes below over here.
