So grab your notepad because this is the real deal. It's time to go from zero to hero in in your content game.
Hey there, Sid here. Welcome to yet another episode of the Freedom Business podcast. And if you have not subscribed to this on Apple or Spotify, please do that immediately because in this particular podcast, I'll be breaking down the three step system, how to go from zero to hero to turn your content into a lead generation powerhouse. I've been in the game for over a decade right now. I started off running my digital marketing agency and I used to do social media content and posting stuff back in 2011, 2010 with a lot of clients. And at that point of time, the whole social media universe was way different compared to what it is right now. It has evolved crazily and observing the patterns of how it has been changing over the last 10 years. What I'm going to detail out is three things that you can focus on so that it can be sustainable in the future. For example, you know those people who start off on TikTok in India, after TikTok got banned, everything went down and then now we are seeing Facebook is kind of literally dead. Facebook is only used for running ads right now, so organic reach is not so good. And even the group activity that I used to have before on Facebook is not as big as it used to be. So I'm going to be breaking down which platform is good for what and where should your focus be and how do you approach this with a completely different lens and view where the end goal is not to play the fame game, but I want you to play the game where you're attracting leads into your system and your leads are converting into customers. So this is not going to be on how to become an influencer or a creator. It is how do you become an authority in your space so that you can create that into a cash flow business model with the knowledge and the skills that you have. Okay, so the concepts I want to share with you are around ecosystems. If you actually think about it, everything is based on the concept of an ecosystem. Like Facebook is an ecosystem, YouTube is an ecosystem, Apple is an ecosystem. And I've shared this even before. The future of the coaching and training industry is all about ecosystems, but having your own ecosystem, not depending on other ecosystems. So when you look at EcoSystems, there are three kinds of ecosystems that you need to tap into if you want to go from zero to hero. And these are the part of the three steps. The first step is your core ecosystem needs to be set up or your core platforms. And this is what I call as your home platforms. And I'll go deeper into what this is all about. The second ecosystem category are your connecting platforms or what I want to call them as connectors, or you can even call them satellites, satellites feeding to the mothership. Okay. And then you have. The third part is collabs or collaboration. So you have core connectors and collaborations are the alliances and partners that you have with people who are also going to be helping you. You know, basically bring people into your world. Okay. And what I'm going to do is after I share the three step system, I. I'll also give you the six steps on how you can put this into action. I'll give you the action steps at the end of the podcast. So please take a lot of notes and let's get straight in. First, let's look at the first secret, which is the core home platform. Now, when I started my business in 2018 in the digital space, the first thing I did was I set up my own learning management system. At that point of time, I was using a platform called Teachable, where all my premium content was put over there, my courses and all of the reminders for the, you know, for my different calls that I used to do every single week. And then I also set up another platform for my community and I found this platform called Mighty Networks that was used using email. Now where the community interacts. Then now we have partnered with Tagmango, which is the ultimate in the industry right now because I basically brought in all the elements that I need. So Tag Mango is my core ecosystem. Okay, so those of you who do not know what Tagmango is, you can just go to sidz, sids, Cotagmango and set up a free account where it's a platform on which you can set up your courses, you can set up your coaching calls, one to one coaching calls. You can have your social network and community, you can load certificates and have Automated certificates generated for your students. And on the premium plans you can have your own control center. Like I have a control center called LevelUp where I can track my students habits and activities and tasks. And also recently I've added different services that I can offer my students besides the courses. And I also have all my events, my workshops as well as merchandise and my physical products all under one roof. So the first thing you need to focus on is building this ecosystem. And if you're not in my community, please jump into my community by going to sidzsids Co Join J O I N and just jump into my Solar membership where in the upcoming hackathon I'll actually help you build this entire system up. And the best part is Tagmango, you can start using it for free. Okay, now the second core element of your core aspect, right? The first one is your main lms, your main learning management system. And the second is your email list. Like for me I have my email list which is built on ConvertKit and I'm continuing to grow that list. And I'm also going to be recommending a platform called Substack because Substack is a beautiful platform where you can set it up, you can set up an account for free and you can actually start meaningfully communicating with your leads. And it also sends emails. So it's basically email marketing and blogging built into one and it's absolutely for free where you can load your blog articles and you can make posts. You can also upload like audio content as well as video content on the platform. And it also makes it like a very share worthy and easy to use and user friendly platform. And their business model is mainly based around paid subscriptions. Okay, now in India at this point as I'm recording this podcast, Substack does not have an option where Indians can charge people on a monthly subscription unless due to the different because of the platform is built that way. But if you're outside India, you know any of the Taiwan countries, you can just set up a newsletter subscription where you can build a quality email list. Okay? And the best part is I'm on Substack. I just got on it recently and I've been loving it. And along with ConvertKit where I have my rest of my leads, if somebody's starting brand new, I would recommend Substack because now you can start building an email list, a quality email list based around content where you don't have to pay for the platform, you know, at all. You know, because, and the best part is for me, I have a big email list, but I just imported my customer database. So in case you have an existing email list of customers, you can just import the database and you can start communicating with your leads through Substack, but mainly to do with articles. Okay. So I'm going to be chunking both Tag Mango and my Substack and convertkit accounts under the core home base. Why do I call it as core home? Because the money in a knowledge business, it is not in your followers on social media, it is on your customers. Right. And it is on the email list that you have. Actually, my true digital assets are my customer base and my email leads. Because followers on social media kind of, you know, nobody's serious unless they have given their name, their email and their phone number. And they are inside my ecosystem and my main ecosystem. So that's why I'm calling it as a core. Okay, now let's get into the second part, which is the connectors. So the connecting platforms are more like satellites and that's where, you know, there's Instagram, there's YouTube, there's LinkedIn, there's Facebook, there's Twitter and there's podcasts. Okay. If you want to be having your own podcast, like how I have this podcast, the Freedom Business Podcast. Okay, now what I'm going to share with you is I'm not going to go into the details of each platform, but I'm going to tell you what is each platform good at. Okay. And I'm going to go through each of these platforms one by one. And please make note, Instagram is a fantastic satellite or a feeder where the main emphasis on Instagram will be on reels. One minute to 90 second reels, stories. And sometimes you want to do Instagram lives. So my reels and my stories on Instagram are pulling people back to my landing pages. If you actually follow me on Instagram, Siddharth Rajakar, you'll see I do a lot of stuff to generate leads and I get people into my webinars through Instagram. The second platform is YouTube. The number one thing that YouTube is good at is search engine optimized long form video content. Video content above 10, 15 minutes in dur. And I. If you go and see my YouTube channel, I've got a ton of stuff. You can get some ideas over there and it's searchable even in the future. So I'm still getting traffic for the videos that I put posted like three, four years back. And it's unlike Instagram where you post something and it gets lost and instagram you're continuously needing to fight your way up on the news feed and, you know, make it happen. The third platform is LinkedIn. LinkedIn's number one focus is networking. So even though I post a lot of content on LinkedIn, for me, in the beginning days when I was running my agency, I used LinkedIn a lot to build meaningful connections with professionals who want to do business or who are looking to solve their problems. So, see, Facebook is like home, okay? Facebook is like, you know, your friends and family are connected, but right now, Facebook is literally dead. So the only thing Facebook is used for that I'm using right now are my fan pages to run ads and to also run a group. So ads and groups are good for Facebook. So Facebook is like home. Instagram is like a fun house. LinkedIn is like Office. And then YouTube is a place, it's like television. Okay, now let's look at Twitter. Twitter is where most of the celebrities, politicians, film stars and sports stars and, you know, influencers, they use Twitter for voicing opinions. Elon Musk, who owns Twitter, okay, so the purpose of a platform like Twitter is for voicing out opinions and also to monitor trends, because Twitter is fantastic. To find out what are the trends in the market and everything else. And of course, I'm not so active on Twitter right now, but I know some, you know, some of the big influencers, they swear by Twitter and they love the Twitter ecosystem. And the quality of the audience on Twitter is really high compared to many other platforms. And then you have the podcasts, and you can do two kinds of podcasts, solo podcasts, as well as interview podcasts. Interview podcasts can go like 45 minutes, one hour duration. And solo podcasts like this one, I try to keep it under 15 minutes in duration. Okay, so the second part, if you want to go from zero to hero. The second step of the system to turn your content into Legion Powerhouse is once you've set up your main LMS and your core email system, which is the most, which is your true digital asset. You can use these connectors or satellites, which is Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and podcasts and other platforms to channel people to come back to these platforms to become leads. And then when they become leads, then you invite them to a webinar and then, you know, you sell your product and you get sales. Now, the third secret, or the third step of the system is to have collabs, collaborations. And there are three kinds of collaborations. The first level of collaboration can be more like a direct affiliate partner. So in my tag Mango system right now, any customer, they become my customer in my community. They can actually choose to promote me to their family and friends by just promoting my my affiliate link. And anybody who gets tagged in them, they can earn anywhere from 10%, 20% to 35% percent commissions depending on which level of membership that they are. So the affiliate partner system, we have seen Amazon have an affiliate system and many, many software tools also have an affiliate system. And this is the basic level of collaboration that you can do to get more quality leads into your system where you're not investing on ads, you're not really putting money into organic or putting your time into organic, but you're getting your students or you're getting your customers to promote you, which is one of the best ways to do it. It was like refer and on share. And on the second level of collaboration are strategic alliances that you do one to one on a one to one basis with people that you see will be a good fit to work with you. And I've done many strategic alliances in the past and for example, one of very long term strategic alliance I've been working with is Success Gyan. So Suren, even though I'm a student of Success Gyan, I've been driving a lot of traffic to Success Gyan events. And Success Gyan also drives a lot of people to Internet lifestyle hub. So we have been forming a very strategic alliance and we've been working for many, many years because our vision is common, our mission the same, and we want to really impact the coaching and training industry across the world. And starting with India. And the ultimate level of collabs is a concept that I launched recently called community clusters. And this I'm doing only with my diamond members. And we are still in the planning stage at the point of me recording this podcast. But down the line you're going to see many of my diamond members who are going to be forming community clusters. That means each one are building their own influence, but they're collectively working together to feed each other's ecosystems deliberately. And doing that with the right intention, with a common vision and a strong code of honor. Now if you're not a damn member in my community, I would highly recommend that you go to sids.co diamond, attend my next diamond showcase and jump in on board. So what I want to do is I want to wrap up this podcast by giving you six steps. How do you put this into action? Step number one is get your strategy in place. So get your strategy by joining my next hackathon by going to SIDS Co. Join if you're not a member of my community yet and jump in straight away and I'll help you implement it in 90 days. Second step is set up all of your platforms, your social media, your email, your learning management system on Tagmango, your Facebook ads platforms, your lead magnet. And there's a whole checklist that I'll also cover in my hackathons. A third step is create one piece of content every single day, whether it's a blog or a podcast or a reel or text, where you're continuously adding value every single day. And you're. And you're actually connecting with your audience who are looking forward to your content every single day. Like I have a podcast that I do twice in a week. I'm doing my. I just recently launched a blog called Bulb on on Substack, which is really to talk about everything else besides my core topic and strategy in business. More about life. It's more like a life blog where I'm also talking about the fun stuff about business and integrate all the elements of it. So I'm always publishing something or the other every single day. And I have a reel happening every alternate day. I have a quote happening every alternate day on Instagra. On YouTube, we do freedom Talk, which are my stage talks of my students that happen every week. Though I have a team helping me with it. Initially, I should do everything on my own, but if you create a calendar of sorts on creating and publishing, that'll actually help you get better quality leads. The fourth step is to promote this organically. Like you can do WhatsApp status updates, you can do an Instagram story, and you can even publish it on your WhatsApp community or WhatsApp groups. And also you can promote via ads. So there are two kinds of ads you can do, like conversion ads, where you're actually using the Facebook meta ads platform to promote your content, or you promote your webinars. Or you could even just boost your content. Like if you have posted a reel, you can boost it for 300, 500 rupees, build an audience and start to, you know, get those followers and, you know, people coming to your websites. And step number five is attract quality leads every single day, getting them into your email list. Now what strategy that I'm going to be doing more closely or powering up all of my diamond members as well as my silver and gold members is for everyone to start using Substack more closely, where everybody can write an article every day. They can either publish a text content or a video content or an audio content. They can promote it on WhatsApp, they can promote on Instagram. And once they have done that, since the system already has a email system built into it, they'll start to attract quality leads coming into the system and they can start to nurture those leads every single day, inviting them to their webinars. And from the webinars they can actually start getting them into their tag mango ecosystem. So attracting quality leads every day is step number five. And finally number step number six is Nurturing and converting. Nurturing and converting. It happens only through long form emails. When you write long form emails, long form blogs that really connect with your audience through articles through live streaming if you want to invite them to your Insta Live and ultimate form of conversion is webinars. Whether you're going to do a paid webinar or a free webinar. Ultimately when they consume your content on social media, which is more like teaser content, and then they consume your long form content on YouTube in other which is more like a trailer content and then they come to a movie which is your webinar. 90 minutes to 2 hour webinar and then you offer your program or your product or service like that's the best way to attract the best quality customers. That's how you go from zero to hero and this is my three step system. Now if you found this podcast useful, please make sure that you subscribe to this on Apple and Spotify and I look forward to sharing more and I hope I've been able to give you clarity within 16 to 18 minutes on what does it take to go from zero to a hero with my three step system to turn your content into a lead generation powerhouse?
