Trust cannot be bought, it has to be earned. By really showing that you care for people, you're authentic and you're able to present your information with a strong logic. These are the three pillars of trust, empathy, authenticity and logic. And in this podcast I want to walk you through these three concepts on a much more deeper level. Because over the last four years I realized that by me consciously working on these three areas, it has not only helped me get more sales, it has helped me build trust in the marketplace, it's helped me, you know, grow my business to an exponential level. And a lot of people think that just by putting money in ads or Facebook ads or Google Ads and getting more exposure is the name of the game. But exposure is only one part, you know, and if you don't have these three elements in place, the more money you put into ads or marketing and everything right, the cracks in your system also get revealed. It gets bigger and bigger. So it's better to work on these areas before you go big time, because only then you can actually scale any business for that matter. So let's look at the first pillar, the pillar of authenticity. You either are authentic or you're not. You cannot just wear filters and show people that there's something and you know, where in your real life you may not be living that. So you got to first walk the talk, lead with value and also be vulnerable and open.
And transparent with your audience. When you are in that space, you will be able to really connect with them on a deeper level and they'll be able to perceive it from the using their sixth sense. Everybody has a sixth sense to perceive energies of people that you're really in it for them and you're, you know, you're being real. The second pillar of trust, if you want to like win the trust for your audience, is you have to present information with a strong logic. And what I mean by that is catering to the intellectual side of the brain. Like in my case, I do mind maps, I do presentations, I do share logical information, clear cut steps, no fluff, no bs, no beating around the bush, point shooter style teaching, which really hits the main points with tangible actions and takeaways. Like even this podcast, we're only two minutes into it and you're able to see the value per minute, right? You've got a lot of value just in two minutes. Now that's how you actually need to present your information so that people are able to get it and they're able to implement things right away. So when you're able to present Information with a strong logic based on your own experience of implementation. That's how you can build better trust. And people will know that you are somebody who knows what you're talking about. And the third pillar of trust is empathy. I've said this before. You know, people do not care about how much you know until they know how much you care. And again, this is something that if you see the typical marketers or typical, you know, consultants who are just out there to either sell courses or just, you know, get a client and just book, book more deals or close more deals, somehow, you know, people can perceive that gap. And if you want to really work on the empathy element, right, it's not that you have empathy only for people who are your customers, you know, you need to have empathy for everyone. Okay? We are in a people business. You gotta be a people lover and people will sense that. And that is why I tell all my students is build communities, okay? Don't just sell courses, don't sell products, or don't just get, you know, high ticket clients just for the sake of, you know, booking a call and closing a deal or doing a webinar or selling a course or just getting somebody just for the transactional, you know, nature. Even though you may be providing a great customer experience for them or you're providing them a result, when you shift the whole thing to building communities, people can actually sense your energies and then they will be able to stick with you long term and you have lifetime customers. So these are the three pillars of trust. You want to build trust, be authentic, present information with a strong logic and have an empathy. Yeah. I hope you found this podcast useful.
