Siddharth Rajsekar argues that wealth and fame amplify whatever is already inside you. To stay grounded, he recommends finding a mentor, joining a mastermind group, and focusing on contribution over ego. Daily inner work and humility matter more than success itself.
So as you're growing big, building your influence, making more money, having more fame, all of this stuff, right? One thing that comes with it is.
It'S like whatever is there inside you, it gets magnified. For example, money magnifies your personality. Fame magnifies your personality. Excessive beauty magnifies what's already in you and even excessive power. So money, fame, beauty and power are very, very interesting traits that can either bewilder oneself or it could also, you know, you could use it in the right direction, in the right way. Okay? So my, one of my mentor, Blair Singer, says that when somebody is given more money, fame, beauty and power, what's inside them gets exposed. So it's like a balloon. And if there are holes in the balloon, the bigger the balloon gets, the holes also gets bigger. Which is why it's important for you to work on yourself on a daily basis, irrespective of how much money you make, how famous you are, how beautiful you are, or how powerful you are, because then you will be able to work on those inner aspects, okay? And most people who end up getting into all kinds of crazy things when they make more money, when they have more fame, more power, and when they are, you know, when it's magnified, right, usually it comes from their past where maybe they had lack of self love, self self love, lack of appreciation, lack of security, maybe lack of discipline, lack of education, maybe they had lack of money, lack of support, lack of health. And to fill that lack of vacuum, they do all kinds of crazy things. Could be like, you know, living a super flashy life or.
Getting into all kinds of drugs and substances just to, you know, fill that vacuum that was there in their younger days. So ultimately it comes down to.
Authenticity, okay? When you are happy with yourself, irrespective of how much money, fame, beauty or power comes to you, you will be able to handle it okay, internally. And you'll have the humility to also.
Handle it in such a way where you don't get allured by things and you're able to take it forward. So when you're living authentically and living by your highest values, you will stop putting people on pedestals or pits. And this is what I learned from Dr. John D. Martin. He says stop putting people on a pedestal, stop putting people into pits. That equilibrium is what is the most important thing, and that is the importance of grounding, okay? Because in your grounded, you'll have, you can clearly see the difference between your true ego and your false ego. So the solution to all of this, on how do you stay grounded in spite of more money, name, fame and glory coming to you is number one is have a mentor. Surround yourself with people who can check on you. Okay, that's the second point. Be a part of a mastermind group. Okay? So even if you have, that's why we have the Quantum mastermind. And I'm learning so much from them and I'm also openly sharing, you know, what is going on in my life. So even though it's a paid mastermind and people are paying me to be a part of my mastermind, I'm also benefiting from that mastermind by just surrounding myself with super successful people. Number four is always keep learning because there's always the next level to move to and let the spotlight be on the contribution on your contribution to this world and not you. Most people whose spotlight is on themselves, there's a problem over there, okay. And their inside gets exposed when they're given more money, name, fame, glory and power. So in other words, when you are able to spotlight everything on your contribution to the world, everything will move forward and you'll be in the right perspective and you'll have the right mindset.
